For anyone stumbling onto this the Weapon's name is the Seven Coil spring Sword. Its a boss weapon you get for trading in the Ergo of the Parade Master, the first boss of the game. The guard is folded down in normal use but when you use the Fable arts which opens the Coils the guard folds up into how the image shows.

@@afloatingghost5011 If im not mistaken, there is a gallery mode once you have finished the story once, where you can inspect NPC, enemy and weapon models!

Art design is top notch

7-coiled spring sword is sooooo much fun. I love that in so many of these promo videos n pictures, P is holding the 7-coil. Makes me feel warmth.

​@@CptDuckdunno about that. There is just SO much to baldur's gate 3... I think it's hard for it to NOT win the goty award. I don't think it being turn-based during fights and actions is a problem at all, it's just how the gameplay style is.

@@ryansimpson3514 Same, I also finished it last night and what a game. I started my NG+ right away and already on the 3rd chapter. The game feels so much fun in NG+ with all those upgrades. Even though it is not an open world RPG but still the combat is soo satisfying you can't stop playing.

That feeling when you eat a boss soul because it looked like any other soul ergo thing.. and lose one hell of a special weapon in this clip

Hope this will be a weapon in the game to use

Game of year will either be ff16 it’s literally the mort anticipated game this year or Spider-Man 2. But personally I’ll give it to ff16.

Actually we did its the Seven coil spring sword. Which is a boss weapon from the Parade Master Ergo who is the first true boss you fight. The issue is the way the sword's crossguard looks is different then the shown image. The seven coils guard is folded down in normal use and its when you use its fable arts opening the coils it takes its name from the guard opens into the shown image
