Building on a pilot of agile teams, led by NewWork in 2020 and evaluated by the University of Geneva, colleagues at the United Nations Office of Geneva, the Resident Coordinator Office in Guatemala and the United Nations Office in Vienna have been using the Agile approach to drive the culture change in UN teams.
