ऑफिस में एजेंट की कोई वैल्यू नही होती है जबकि सारा व्यवसाय एजेंट के द्वारा किया जाता है , एक पॉलिसी करने के लिए सुबह से शाम हो जाता है आफिस से पूरा करने में, इसमें सुधार होना चाहिए।

बहुत ही शरम की बात है चेयरमैन व Lic के लिए हम तो आजीवन C M मैम्बर तथा 50 बर्ष से ऐजेंट है लेकिन अब हम कहां जा सकतें हैं
एल आई सी कओ20साल पूराने एजेंटो से फिड बैंक लेना चाहिए।ना की 20 साल पुराने अधिकारीयों से वो भी रुरल एजेंटो से
ऑफिस में एक एजेंट की कोई वैल्यू नए है कोई सपोर्ट नहीं करता है कोई बुलाता तक नहीं है लेकिन LIC कंपनी पुरी ऐजेंट की वजह से ही टिकी है 😢😢😢😢😢

Pahle sochna chahiye tha ab ye kahiye ki lic agent untrend hai use bima karna hi nahi aata Office me baithne walon ki izzat hai lekin normal agent ki koi value nahi hai

There should be a salary for LIC Agents like Rs 10,000 BM club members, Rs 15000 DM club members Rs 20,000 ZM club member & 25000 CM club member so that everyone wants to reach a higher club. In this way LIC gets more business from higher club Agents.

The biggest problem with LIC is the worst kind of attitude in spite of poor and pathetic services and least attractive products for policy holders. Not only the agents but even the staff needs high quality training. They are not serving policies issued by other branches.
एक कारण और भी है वो है क्लब मेंबर एजेंटों के द्वारा रिबेट के साथ पॉलिसी बेचना।

Lic ke worker me sudhar sabse jaruri hai.
Sir lic me agent 60% tak rebate de rahe. Office staff agent se 60% commission le rahe.1 pen 1 lakh premium par rewards .koi prise bada nahi.lic me agent use ho raha.isliye new agent nahi aah rahe.
Staff ko sudharne ki jarurat hai

Lic agent ko ek fixed salary hona chahiye
Sir hame office se koi subhidhq nahi aur sab kuchh such hai
Group insurance ke name ke bhi purene agent 6000 se uper cut kar lete h
Lic status bhi nahi dekha sakte brancha me2 status dekhne k liye 1-1 ghanta timepas ho jata coustmer ko chart bhi bana nahi pate
Sir sahi hai sir lic me new policy karna bahut muskil ho Gaya hai
Agent ko parmanent celary +commission melna chahiye Etna mehnat Agent karta hai lekin uska koi value nahi hote hai
Filhal to ye saare facilities lene ke liye bhi LIC Agents ko monthly subscription changes deni padti hai 😏.
Besides commission lic agent should have minimum monthly salary of Rs. 20000/ for BM club, 25000/ for DM club, 30000/ for ZM club and Chairman club for 35000/ and so on then you see corporation will touch it maximum height within a 6 months.

Ajent ko koi samman hi nahi dete. Lic office staff or development officer only policy lane ke liye to kahta hi nahi valki pressure bhi deta hai but koi gide sahi nahi karta ki product ke bare me sahi unke hi pass jankari hai ya nahi only jhootha hi aswasan deker policy lane ke liye but koi policy .ke bare.me lic bhi marketing teem bhi bus policy le aana but danda to customer gaali baat ajent ko hi maturity ya service me deta hai
हम तो 50 बर्ष से ऐजेंट है लेकिन हमारी उम्र 70 बर्ष हो रही है और अब 70 वर्ष बाद गुरुप मेडिकल पालीसी नहीं देंगे जबकि स्टाफ को आजीवन मेडिकल पालीसी ले सकते हैं
