Except in cases like this, the judge and/or jury are the ones to blame. It's a lawyer's job to further their client's interest. Judges and jury are the ones supposed to administer fair justice. The onus was on them to show better judgement and not fall for the attorney's tricks.

Except in cases like this, the judge and/or jury are the ones to blame. It's a lawyer's job to further their client's interest. Judges and jury are the ones supposed to administer fair justice. The onus was on them to show better judgement and not fall for the attorney's tricks.

Not all of them, but i'm pretty sure a large number of people who spell "would of", often actually believe it's spelt that way.
