我無黑芝麻,用白芝麻試咗先。
如果手邊只有吉利丁片,是否可以等量泡冰水軟化後,同樣也跟放糖的時機,盡量擰乾再一起放進芝麻餡中?

第一次靜止可令麵團容易搓,第二次靜止令麵團更光滑,第三次靜止讓麵團發酵
