Appreciated. Fun to watch... if I had it to do all over again I would've found a way to find somebody to teach me Flamenco in my town in OHIO, "There you go again. Just have to be different, now you want to play some music that doesn't exist."

It seems to me that when I watch even seasoned classical players, even though relaxed, they look a little timid and insecure (not you of course!), but flamenco players seem to be confident and attacking? or is it my bias? Great presentation.

Good point, there is a difference in the way flamenco is learned and absorbed. There is a cultural aspect and also not generally written down. I heard Elliot Fisk say some things you can’t write down and flamencos are always looking for that edge.

Classical players can get a little caught up in “interpretation” at times, but having said that the great classical players move past that and also become the music.
