Giant Trevally is a targeted game fish in many places of the world. In Hawai'i we call them Ulua. And Ulua fishing is a discipline that comes close to being an art form.
Shoreline locations that offer favorable Ulua fishing conditions can also be dangerous. Experience is one thing these hardcore anglers need to rely on to catch fish and come back safely.
After the sun goes down the action begins. The fishing gang is taking one strike after another. For the uninitiated in the audience, watching these guys catch fish this easily may give you the impression that this happens like this all the time.
