Nice G3 oled dude. Had The C2 a couple months now and it has breathed new life back in to gaming for me and made all games pop on the ps5. It has even convinced my partner to start playing some games. Tech is just going through the roof currently.

nice mate. cant wait to get mine 77 inch lg g3 this wednesday morning! Some idiots like classy tech, samsung boy i think. talk about green tint on the lg g3 with out of the box settings. is that true? with ajust the settings its gone. had a c8 and now a cx. never seen a green tint on it. but from lg cx 65 inch to lg g3 77 inch a big step up. the next thing.

qd oled can maybe 5 percent brighter colors with there qd oled. but i dont like it. it looks to fake for me. also processing on the lg g3 better with sdr content. and dolby vision is also great.

@@janduller4722 Classy is a Samsung shill. He overhyped the S95B last year. Samsung is trash. I’ll never buy another Samsung product ever again. Their customer service is dogshit.

The G3 is a game changer. I still love my C9 so won't be upgrading for a while. Just glad the OLED tech is moving forward.

Have a 65" C9 oled too, and it's the cats meow 5,000 plus hours and no burn in......

Very nice video again. Please note that the 83 inch version doesn’t have the MLA-panel, so will be less bright.

Just got the G2 OLED a little while back. 65 in. I got to say I’m quite pleased with it. G3 is a beautiful tv as well. Can’t imagine what TVs will be like in another 5 years or so.

Dude, you're a genius. I don't understand English, but I watch with subtitles, and I'm amazed at the quality of the visuals in your videos. I was shocked when I found out that everything was shot on an iPhone. I've practically watched all of your videos again. I'm in awe of the quality of your videos, in many ways they're even better than those shot by people with cameras worth 5-7 thousand dollars.

Amazing review, very thorough and helpful. I have the LG C1 and love it as much as the day it was new! No burn-in, or any other problems with 4-5hrs daily use. This is the first TV I have owned that I did not all-mount, and I really like the flexibility. I always wonder what is the point of wall-mounting a big TV when there is usually a stand/furniture located directly below the TV? Doesn't seem worth the trouble.

Big year for LG. At the end of 21' local korean news said that LG have MLA as their ace in the sleeve already and they are in the last phase of testing blue pholed,I didn't believe then but now when MLA is out 20 months before everyone expected it I am just shocked.

That’s why competition is great, samsung started making their own oled last year and targeting the same market and lg will obviously try and stay dominating the oled market

I HAVE THE 55'' I am Speechless still can't believe a TV can do real colours like LG watched Avatar 2, and it was Mind blowing.

77” is the sweet spot for OLEDs

Just bought LG C2 OLED 2022, still hear really good things about it, though the G3 looks amazing. To be honest, I’m still rocking a 10 year 50’ LG so anything will be a step up at this point. Nice video as always!

C1 is such a great tv still, i replaced mine with a a95k last year and put it in my bedroom.

I couldn't agree more the LG OLED tv's are the best.... upgraded from my 77" OLED to my new OLED97G2PUA that was delivered yesterday.....what a monster worth every penny ;)

Nice G3 OLED! I too have the C1 from launch but it developed a power issue and I've just had it deemed faulty :( Unlucky but I've received credit towards a replacement and I was looking at the G3 65" . Great to see it does appear to be a huge upgrade. Awesome vid! Keen for the full review :)

hey I also have c1 but I want to know how are G3 and C1 different?? WIll I notice massive difference in imagine quality?? My c1 is still running flawlessly even after 5000 hours on it. no burn in

Perfect tv, complete gaming features dolby vision good built quality plus new tech MLA , but i still got my CX still working perfectly ever since maybe 3 more years.

New evolution of TV

I’ve been in a loop these last few weeks as I couldn’t decide between the sony A80L and the LG G3. Finally today I decided to get the G3 ! I’ll get the 77” too it currently has a nice BF discount 😁 I cant wait !!

Beautiful looking TV with stunning PQ. Awesome setup too but LG needs to change the remote controller for their high-end TV’s. It looks cheap for such an expensive TV. So looking forward to the shootout between the G3 and the Bravia A95L for TV of 2023.

4:40 You should have put a 2-inch water pipe in the wall instead of just passing the wires there, this is what I did last month, much easier to pass and replace the wires whenever needed. Wall mounting my TV was the best decision ever, having no wires visible is magnificent!

I just purchased a LG G2 55 inches last Sunday and dear lord, the display is 🎉. Therefore, I can vouch for your claims.

Was literally looking at this the other day in currys!!! Was lloking for this exact video after haha. Think I can convince the wife that our TVs are out of date and we must upgrade them. Might wait for some january deals though mind

The new Costco in my area just opened up and they had the 77" G3 on sale for $3598.98CAD and I was certainly tempted. I already have a 65" C9 and my next purchase for my media room will be an ultra short throw projector.

Brought the G3 77” and using the LG wall mount. Although the LG mount can be scary when it clicks into place. The screws that LG include to hold the TV metal mount frame to the wall plate are crazy tiny. We have a metal frame house so we had to use toggle bolts to hang on the wall. It be nice if manufacturers didn’t simple assume your a regular wood frame home. If they gave you the option to purchase a different wall kit based on the type of home you have brick, metal or wood. It is good screen for playing games, very bright, sound is good too. I just wish there was someway to turn on a screen saver when playing games if you forget to hit the home button. LG should update the clock function for a nighttime mode, the clock is to bright in the evening. Apart from that glad we purchased. Good review.

@@deanwilliams433 it would be easy to avoid any e-waste by simply having the wall kit as a separate pack from the TV packaging. So when you buy the TV you than select the wall kit that you need to hang the TV on the wall. I mean there is already a lot of e-waste because the kit that came with our TV we mostly didn’t use. Plus there is already a lot of e-waste from customers who don’t use the wall hanging kit LG provides they use their own. So not including the kit would save on waste. You make the base kit free, the other two kits at a nominal fee.

Awesome Video, I switched from LG CX to a nice LG OLED G3 ;) absolutely brilliant.

Can't wait to get one of these. Hopefully there will be some discounts this Black Friday. Too bad that the included wall mount is completely useless here in Norway, since virtually no one have studs that are only 40 centimeters apart. I guess I'll have to get a proper one from the US, along with a custom made TV stand from Poland and movie shelves from the UK. So hard to find exactly what I need around these parts, and importing big and heavy items can be more than twice as expensive since the shipping rates are sky high.

I made the unnecessary, luxury, purchase of a LG C2 77” during Black Friday of 2022. I love the TV! I play Xbox on it every week and love casual playing on it! I imagine this new model isn’t drastically different, so this model should be amazing as well.

Returned my G3 with dirty screen effect and window tinting. For the price, I couldn’t put up with those flaws. I replaced it with a QD OLED from Samsung. So happy I went through the trouble of switching. I have perfect picture and better colors from the QD

EXCELLENT video... I need a "C3 vs G2" comparison. No one is doing that!

The 83 inch model does not have the MLA coding. I purchased the 77 G3 absolutely amazing picture. I’m coming from a 77 C9. You mentioned that there were no negatives, but there is one negative not so much for me because I use a Sonos system, but the TV probably has the worst sound of any TV I’ve ever owned. So you definitely need to use a Soundsystem which is what you would expect with the TV this size anyway but if somebody is buying a 55 inch version for their bedroom and don’t want to use a sound bar, they will be disappointed with the sound.

TV picture is fabulous and thanks for the very informative video. Cable management is a let down though with bulk of cables off to one side and power hard wired in down the middle, potentially having to cut two channels into the wall to hide. This is a major flaw for a TV that can only be wall hung in my view.

Great review and helpful details.I installed my G3 a couple of weeks ago and agree with everything you said. The brightness is unreal, still tweaking my settings and running in the panel. To be honest the picture is actually getting better. Well worth the money.

Got mine a couple of days ago and I have it sitting in its base (main box/packaging was removed by the delivery team) and waiting to be lifted out and set up on a table stand (I don't have wall space to wall mount it). But your video misses out the critical bit of the unboxing - getting it out of the box base. In principle it's easy (if HEAVY) but watching someone do it makes a huge difference.
