This MX-5 NB by HPI is no longer available. I bought one from a friend and I will try to copy it for personal use. My racing bodies usually don't last long. I am using casting plaster, available from the local diy store.

What was the outcome? I have a discontinued body I want to make a copy of.
That's genius. Did you need to reinforce the plaster with anything?

Nope, just plaster. Its more than sprong enough.
