😳 Well my soup has chunks ingredients in it. I learned how to cook, by creating my own simmering soups. What seasonings work. What meats, go with what veggies, then when that failed I realized I should grill the ingredients, and combine em afterwards.. Creating my own soup with new ideas helps me to make new recipes like, learning how to incorporate eggs. Or how to cook with cream of Mushroom. Taught me how to make casseroles. I love to cook. I love to grill and smoke meats. But my favorite thing to do, is make a new soup ❤😂

Exactly. That's actually a very good way to make chicken and dumplings. Ya gotta sort through everything but ya end up with a pile of meat and a great stock. Lots of bones, but they enrich the meal! Combine the meat and the stock and dumplings go in..... That's good eatin. I've even left the skins and put em back in to flavor the dumplings then pulled em back out before

What weird animals we are...it's only human freaking weirdness that makes life bearable. Hooray for the non-conformists who refuse to bend a knee to the Soup Nazis.

My favorite is stone soup, which is best when shared with folks who have meat/taters/veggies/herbs to add. As far as eating it alone goes, well, its definitely not soggy.

@@My-Pal-Hal I ate some spicy fish ramyun soup a few minutes ago; was amazing flavors! I like it spicy but the seasoning they put in it are a bit too hot. I found the edgecutter for it. I fry the fish with two tablespoons of water and half a pat of butter. Next , once most of the water evaporates, I add a few splashes of lemon juice. Then pour in two cups of water, spices and noodles and heat 'til the noodles are soft(but not mushy). So good! 🥣 Oh and the fishes were catfish, pollock and bream.

One Thanksgiving, my turkey plan fell through, so I bought a small turkey, 10 or 11 pounds. I cut it up like a chicken and piled it in my old school crock pot. I layered with the breasts on the bottom. I seasoned it as I went, ending with backs on top. It turned out very juicy and tasted real good, better than most crock pot recipes I've made. Usually, the crock pot seems to somehow dry the meat out while it soaking in juice, but this turkey was really good. The only problem is, I don't think I could pull it off again. 😮😅

I don't think I'd trust them today. AND PROBABLY SHOULDN'T HAVE TRUSTED THOSE 🙄 But it was the best damn turkey ever. And believe it or out. That was some 4 or 5 decades ago. And I still hear a story about it now and then. ... people are Cruel , hungry, but cruel 😂 🖖

I once heard someone say "If you put beans in Chili, you don't know beans about chili." I don't prefer beans in my chili, but I can deal with them as long as they are used conservatively. Where I'm from, if you add beans it's called "Yankee Chili".

Maybe you're not making it right, with condensed soup I use milk instead of water. Add a little minced garlic and dried onion bits and a thin pat of butter and basil. Don't forget the grilled cheese sandwich 😂!
