Sometimes, Master League feels weird. You hunt for the best IV from a specific Pokemon only available in non-soloable raid, you give him ton of candies and they are not cheap, and now that you have a litteral god with godlike stat you have to tactically sacrifice him in 50% of its fights.

Yeah the grind to get the mons is a brutal one. It's a super fun league, but really tough to get

this mon is so fun I dont even think it even needs blastburn. makes me wish they would just release the shinies for these starters day 1 lol. But I do look forward to the comday in 2043

Needs a better fast move tbh and its probably gotta be shadow claw so it can run blast burn disarming voice and still have the same coverage. Incinerate is just really bad against competent opponents.

@@monkehotdogs2227 torch song would be sick as a fast move. Either a snarl clone or like dragon tail clone. I think other fire type fast moves just need a bump in general bc fire spin is just so meh and the standard these days seems to be either absurd energy generation/low-mid damage (double kick, mud slap, shadow claw) or high damage/medium energy generation (counter, dragon breath). Incinerate is ok but way too weak for a 5-turn move. All that being said, shadow claw is a broken fast move and would be sweet on skeledirge.

@@EbiLMunkeY why exactly is incinerate bad? It’s 3 dmg and 4 energy per turn, very similar to double kick which you called a good fast move.

Very fair, getting xls can be tough. Running max mega tier megas during events helps me a lot with getting xls!

Some games I get good leads, other games I get bad leads. The best I can do is try and make a gameplan, so that no matter the lead, I can try and still have a plan to attempt to win. Some triple hard counter games are truly unwinnable, but a lot of games every day can be won. What helped me get better was learning charge move timing. Reis2occasion and Caleb peng have awesome videos on it. It helped me win more of those even matchup games, which helps me climb. So, tldr, I can't control what leads I get, so I try and focus on upping my own gameplay as much as possible 🫡

@@HomeSliceHenry I tried that, but it seems no matter how many I win, I lose an equal amount. Tonight I actually tried to hit ace instead of just throwing matches to enjoy the game but as soon as I got near 2000, I went 0 and 5 triple hard counter all 5 matches. Why is Niantic like this? What happen to randomized skill vs skill not this billion dollar company interference.
