Technically they don't _eat_ them, they _swallow_ them. It might have been a bit more reassuring to say "swallow" but story-wise "eat" is more dramatic (and funnier) I guess.

Ngl, seeing Kamala’s family do typical MCU stuff (fighting grunts, going in space, evacuating) was so funny to me. Seeing Muneeba with her purse walking around the space station, I couldn’t stop laughing.

Memory playing in the background while everyone is running from the Flerkens was just perfect. Had my dad and I just hysterically cackling.

This movie may not have been amazing, but you can’t deny that this was one of, if not the funniest sequence in Marvel history

this is genuinely one of the best moments in the mcu. it’s straight out of a comic!

When the Flerken's started puking them out on the way down I was thinking "this escape pod is going to fill up real fast."

Goose deserves a spin-off with all the kittens.

I enjoyed a lot about this movie, but the line ‘we’re literally herding cats’ took it to another level

"stop running and let the Flerkens eat you" ... that is one sentence that we never thought we would hear in The MCU, and probably never will.

My cinema was in stitches at this. It's the use of Memory over the top of it that is the icing on the cake!

Marvel, why the HELL wasn't this your teaser trailer last Summer?!?! It worked for Ultron as Pinocchio... I saw no videos last Fall to promote The Marvels, either on KZread or Facebook, but as soon as it hits Disney+, we get this?! Heads need to roll in the marketing department at Disney.

Loved it too, people are being haters as usual for no reason. Its a trend now, to hate on anything MCU related, especially if it has has women in it as main characters.

This was my favourite part of the film (and any scene involving ms marvel, cause they're just a fun character and the whole energy of the actor clearly just enjoying being there is infectous, especially now that everyone has just decided to hate the mcu). How people can hate a film where this happens is something that I don't get. It's funny. Dark and just some dumb fun. Could they have just used the byfrost? Yes. It's that as good a scene as people being eaten by cats? No. Of course it isn't, stop being boring and enjoy the scene. Was this film a masterpiece? No. Does it have potholes? Yes, what mcu film doesn't? Is it still fun? Yes and really that's all I go into these films wanting.

its simple, the haters are allergic to anything that has women or poc in them as leads, side characters are fine but it has to pander to who they obviously want the main character to be. Captain Marvel has been unfairly hated since day one, I was one of the haters too until recently when I outgrew my cringey edgy phase and gave her a chance, she is now one of my favorite characters.

Imagine living in the Marvel universe where you show a regular cat to a friend/family member and get a panic reaction 🤣. I always wanted to get eaten by a Flerken 😂.

I don't see how people outright hated this movie.. it was so fun.

Scary interdimensional beings hiding as cute furry forms: "come here kitty", herding cats. Lovely. I remember a comic where Rocket had to deal with the kittens. 💖😊 I think he was babysitting the cat for Captain Marvel.
