I've done a lot of paper tests on my reel mower put I've never been as anxious as I was watching this one! How they have any fingers left is beyond me.

I waited a long time for my reel mower last year due to the covid and other set backs. Lee and the guys at reel rollers where professional and understanding. I just got my blade back from reel service and couldn't wait to put the first cut of the season on my cool season Rhode Island lawn. You Guys Rock. Thinking about taking a trip out there to see the shop..

When you come to GA in the summer are you going to have a meet and greet over at reel rollers? Just had my reel sharpened at reel works a couple weeks ago, excited to use it this season!

I use to cut cricket pitches at 1/8 ,inch with a Ransomes Matador fitted with a 10 blade reel and shaver blade it never harmed the grass

They are both across town from where I live. I bought a roller for my McLane from them and I need to get it over for reel works to sharpen. Hopefully soon I'll have the yard fixed from the horrible job they did on it when the house was built and I can actually use the reel roller.

@@ryanknorrlawncare please correct me if I am wrong. I'm assuming dormant is just sleeping meaning it's not really dead. So they really wanted to get rid of the dormant grass and put a different grass?

@@neilfpv you can speed up the green up process by removing the top material which is blocking some of the sun from reaching the soil and warming it up more quickly. These grasses spread above ground and below ground so it's not harming anything
