Cookiesmoonlight Lover you only have to be worried about what do you think about yourself, you are good enough for this or whatever you want to do, but you have to believe that you are capable. Have faith in your body and practice.

Never worry about what other people think! You are going to a school to learn. People will always judge whatever you do, no matter what. What you need to do is to wear the " I don't care" ear plugs, and continue your ballet journey. Also don't worry now about what it might or might not be, you only wind yourself up for no reason. Listen carefully to what the teacher says to you, follow each instruction and pick up corrections. You are young and you can do it. As Carmen Tenorio said to you, you have to believe in yourself and what you are capable of. Go to Ballet and dance your heart out, dance because you want to and dance because it make you feel alive! For the rest : don't worry! Love Alessia

Cookiesmoonlight Lover I started ballet "very late" and had to start in a group of girls who were years younger than me. First I was very scared and ashamed but it also motivated me to keep learning and learning. Now I'm in a group with girls of my age and I've already danced at many shows. I think it's not about how old you are, it's about how passionate you are about something.
Thank you so so so~ much!!!

Coming soon! :D
What ballet shoes do you use/suggest? I am buying new ones soon and was wondering if you have any opinions. I currently use the "Bloch Zenith", but they don't make my (bad) arches look very good. Thoughts? thanks

Hi Ladies! Nora and Sherrie, I recently decided to say bye to bloch and try Capezio. I will let you know what I think very soon. They feel much sturdier than Bloch. Hopefully they won't fall apart like bloch do! I'll keep you posted!

I have a problem.... at 6:46 i cant seem to straighten my legs, i am not very flexible. Is there a way to help me straighten my legs
@joyfuljaj
2 жыл бұрын
Keep doing loosening and stretching exercises and you will get there! at that point putting your hands on a chair seat or stool so you can straighten them, may help. Eventually you will be able to get your hands on the floor with your legs straight. Remember, if you are just warming up, you don't want to overstretch. your muscles are cold. Save the major stretching for the end of a workout.
can be running better for warming up?
