I believe the GH plate with the 360 degree pivot is metric, and the regular one is imperial. So it would make sense for the rookie toe stops to fit if she has the regular plate.

They’ve only jus started making imperial threaded plates so I’m not sure if this is one of those. I’ll have to ask

Are the trucks that go with the vanguard plate the pivot fiberglass compound as well? The compound plate on the magic's doesn't bother me but I'm lowkey scared about having plastic pieces on my trucks.... I've been doing alright in them tho, including small hops and little 180s. I'm pretty solid in my weight so I worry still lol. I love them tho. I get my edges so easy with the pivot trucks

No the vanguard plate is all metal 👍🏽 I wouldn’t worry about the plastic on the trucks, these were built for rink skaters so there would’ve been used by ppl of all shapes and sizes riding them all day every day, and they’ve been supplying rinks with these plates for 30years! Ive seen this one guy on IG who’s amazing and he chooses to use the gh rink skates Cus he loves em and he’s incredible with the stuff he can do. I think ur good 👌🏽 jus I wouldn’t recommend for the skate park is all. riiight tho? My brain was blown with how easy I could find my edges!

Yeahhh I definitely wouldn't want the magic's for park skates unfortunately. Looking to upgrade soon! Just gotta save up lolol

I got the right foot dark blue and the left foot yellow. The only thing is they are saying the pictures I sent for my foot ( one foot is extremely bigger then the other. I sent pictures 3 times still not good enough. I will try 1 more time today

I don’t yet have a pair of the diamonds however I believe it’s the stiffness which is where the difference lies. The mavens I believe are ever so slightly softer, I love my mavens and are my fave pair and I think they would make fantastic beginner skates

I would love to answer that question but I don’t have a skate park near me. I would recommend messaging GHSkates directly about what they recommend and what grind blocks u might need ect I’m sorry I can’t be more help. I do know that @Ericapurr on IG both park skates and owns GHSkates, she’s an absolute dumpling if I know anyone who could help with experience that’s the only person I can think of right now who *might know. 🤞🏽☺️

I glued fleece to it. I recommend using fabric glue rather than super glue tho. I have a video on here if me doing it
