    Adminstrative strain starts taking place when you get outside of 6 hexes apart, so its ideal to have zone capitals 12 spaces apart. I'd say you are pretty likely to have a Northern and Southern city added at some point on your continet.

    Game looks very, very deep. Seems like one would need a lot more credits to actually influence more, or not? But I guess if one would increase taxes or use other methods one takes the credits from them, so they can't use them?
