So happy that your back Uncle Nightshift. 😄
Great to see you back at the workbench. Speedy recovery and see you next week.
I don't even model (though I was pretty serious about it for a decade as a kid!) and I am glad that you are back from a painful injury. Or, at least you are back to modeling if not mountain biking.
After a few weeks on absence it is so good to hear uncle night shifts voice again
Two days later and I’m finally seeing this video, welcome home uncle night shift!
painting that civilian wooden box on the side of the tank is giving me "cooling box for beer at a garden party with family members (and that cool uncle that everyone find a bit strange but you like him anyway)" vibes -edit : I forgot the ‘vibes’ at the end (my sentence was way too long lol)

Well done on this tank. I don’t even care for armour (72nd ww2 planes only), but I watch your channel religiously! Fantastic work
Nice to hear your soothing silky tones.
So glad to have you back!!!!!!!
Here we are againnnn!!! Welcome back Uncle !!! Very happy to see you around mate !!!We are looking forward to watch your enjoyable and very educational videos!

Man I missed your videos! Good to see you back dude.
Welcome back "My friend..." glad you are back!!!
Beautiful work, great vid!!!!! 👍😉👌🙂
HE LIVES!!!
Great to see you back, Martin! Much love from the US!
Stowage seems really fun. Not only does it ground the tank in reality (with jerry cans or maybe a army accurate rifle) it also allows you to use different colors than just the greens, grays, and yellows of tanks. I’m a mini painter, but your videos are honestly some of the best model content on KZread, and your REALLY tempting me to try one of these things!
Your model painting is brilliant and I have learnt a lot from your videos so thanks for posting. The one issue I have is track colour. Everyone seems to feel that tracks need to be predominantly rusty. When I first left school I got a job on a road building programme driving a large bulldozer towing a vibrating road compacting roller. My job was to drive up and down this road to level and compact rubble being dumped by trucks. The ground was quite sandy and I can remember that the tracks of the dozer were a polished steel colour. There was no hint of rust. If this tank is to be in action on sandy Syrian soil I think its tracks would also be quite a polished steel colour. Only tracked vehicles that are only driven very infrequently or have been dumped have rusty tracks
Always enjoying to see the Patreon pictures turn into a video :D. Nice to know your back.
Glad you are back & I hope your leg is healing well Martin !
its a good day first a good exam now a video from nightshift excellent day
Hey Uncle Nightshift, you can get more transparent oil paints. Burnt Sienna is literally made from rust, it's iron oxide, in most paint lines this is very transparent. There are often more opaque versions of the same pigment, PR101 and PR102 in many lines are available in different tubes, prepared in slightly different ways to give different hues and properties.
Yay!!!!! A new Uncle Night Shift video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One leg or two, it doesn't matter. Awesome video as always, Uncle!!!!!
Good to see you back. The t55 looks great.
hope you're recovering well! loving the colour palette on this build.
I would love to see you work on some 40k stuff. I mean, seeing you have a go on a baneblade using some of the more "outlandish" 40k camouflage schemes... That would be something!
It is GREAT to see you back at it, Martin! Keep feeling better and stronger every day.
Glad to see you're back. Hope your recovery is going well. Great video. I use some of the techniques I've learned here on all sorts of different subjects. Cars to Sci-fi, rust never sleeps.
Man, stowage is so fun to paint. My first set of stowage was with the Tamiya M4 early, and I fell in love immediately.
Welcome back! Happy to see more excellent modelling!
Another great tutorial...excellent ! Hope the leg heals quickly. Cheers from Seattle WA.
Welcome back! Just FYI - Iraqi Sand (70.819) is my go-to for adjusting many colors for highlights as well, but if you're ever looking for a AK 3rd Gen equivalent with similar usefulness I recommend Decomposed Flesh (AK11058).
So happy to see your videos again!
Its been a while uncle nightshift. I'm so happy to see you again make a video to finish the T-55A from Tamiya. I hope you get better soon from your broken leg. I can't wait for your next project, but its better you prioritize your broken leg before anything else.
So good to have you back! I hope that your recovery is going well
Welcome back! Thanks for the little anecdote about how long it takes to paint things - the gun mantle took an hour. I think we forget how long it takes to do these things right.
Its great to see you back! I have missed your videos.
THE MAN, THE MYTH< THE LEGEND... HE'S BACK!!! And has not lost a mile off his fast ball. beautiful as ever, my man!
Yes! This is all I needed!
i just finished this same model yesterday, and used some of the techniques you used in this series. turned out great!!
Thank you , Uncle Martin .
Oh man the closed captioning made this super enjoyable to watch! it made a gigantic difference as I can able to read and follow like a book while watching. Thank you for formatting it, it will actually increase view count and enable other to watch it, on says, a train without sound.
Fantastic art from another universe
Amazing paint work, as usual. Tanks.
Glad to see you back Martin. I hope you're doing well and healing nicely. Keep up the amazing work!
Glad to see you're back at it. I love seeing how you really make these kits pop.
