Wao,looks good but how do we know the amount of measurement of each ingredients to use?
@leahscreen

measurements depends on how much you love to eat groundnuts, our own measure if 60:40 ratio groundnuts 60 and corn 40 other spices depends on how much you love pepper...

I didn't got the point behind adding red pepper also can you tell what is white corn , I never saw or heard this one in India, even you didn't mention any benefits for having it 🤔
@leahscreen
3 ай бұрын
the pepper is for spicing, corn or maize has various colours like red, yellow and white colour just like sweet potatoes, the benefits are the same as the farm produce even when combined

@@leahscreen that means we can skip pepper especially for kids, we have yellow farm corns 🌽 but they are not dry instead can we use corns flour , this balls give what kind of benefits also how and when to be consumed please clear 🙏

@@dhanastree9375 yes you may skip the pepper side if you don't like pepper...dankwa It is a great source of plant-based protein. In fact, it provides as much protein as Quinoa, a cereal grain renowned for its high protein content. In addition, it is high in antioxidants such as flavonoids, phenolic acids and tannins.
