Strictly speaking, it's not a Bolognese, but a meat sauce ... . Tagliatelle can be used instead of spaghetti.
Use less EXV Oil than usual because of the fat from the ground meat.
Salt 0.8vo%
Spaghetti 120g
Minced beef 60g(maybe)
Onion 1/4
Carrot just a little
EXV Oil 12ml
Tomato Sauce 40ml
A pinch of chicken broth mix
A dash of white wine
Mitsuba asmuch as you want

Always use a pre-heated pan for meat.

That is true of an iron pan, but not true of a non-stick pan. Non-stick pans are more vulnerable to emptying than anyone thinks, even due to pre heat, and are quickly ruined.

Thanks for watching! Tomato juice so thick that the straw in the cup stands up. It is made from tomatoes and a little bit of fruit!
I would just add more tomato paste or even tomato sauce to the meat before adding the spaghetti. seems delicious nonetheless

That's right, I wanted to add more tomato sauce too. But the container was already almost empty🍅🍅🍅
That isn't bolognese.
U cant cook bolognese in a 7 minutes, u need hours..
