My wife and I fostered middle school and high school kids, mostly girls. We adopted 3 as teenagers. Had a total of about 60 kids during our time.

Wow, I can't believe some of those numbers and stats. I truly wish I was in a situation to be able to donate both my time and money. I was lucky, in that I spent only about a year in foster care around the age of 11, I can't imagine being born into it, or spending the entirety of your youth in it. My heart truly breaks for these kids. Thank you Building Integrity for giving a voice to these kids and this seemingly great organization. I wish everyone involved the absolute best.

In all honesty I've gotten a great many comments from random people expressing the same, the fact it has made them laugh, has made their day just ever so slightly better. =) haha Anyway, thank you for the very kind words my friend. I was just trying to be honest, speaking from my heart. I never speak about my time in care. I've never told anyone about it. It was a really horrible experience all around. I really truly hope that these kids are having a better go of it than I did haha. =) Anyway, again, thank you, I hope you have a great, fantastic rest of your day man.

I wonder if you could connect with Destin from Smarter Every Day channel. He works with Not Forgotten, a foster home in Peru that has some of the same focus and works mostly with boys. It would be awesome to have a channel as big as his shine a light on Crossroads.

Boom! 🎯 This went right into my heart! These young men they need so much! My friend last year took her brother's 2 young ( 4 and 7 years old ) children into her home and her sister's home and they are sharing them to raise them with God and Jesus Christ in their young life! Abandonment and neglect plus food issues! I love them! I love that you shared this to your subscribers! God bless you Matt and your loved ones in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ! ✝️🙏❤
