I haven't felt myself lately since certain things happened. I've been struggling with myself. My inner peace and happiness and sense of self worth have greatly been effected by lifes tramplings and traumas. But I'm finding a new way. A better way. Atleast I realize that I cannot sulk in my own sorrow. So I'll give this a try..healing my heart through frequency. See if it helps diminish my anguish and resentment and sorrow for all of those who I've lost. God knows how much I love and miss them.

So sorry to hear the loss of your loved one , nothing replace them but they are in a better place now, love them and think of them as you are still with them. Was not in your hand . I have lost few loved ones and I know what it feels like. We all have very similar experiences in life with pain tragedies. I hope you will find your peace day by day and start loving your life and your other loved ones and your friends.
