Deep explanation of the song: "Mama kupila traktora🚜 ŠČ" "Mother bought a tractor🚜 Щ" (Mother = Mother Russia) (Lukashenko gifting a tractor to Putin for his 70th birthday, also Belarus is a popular tractor in Belarus which means that 🇷🇺 bought 🇧🇾) The Cyrillic letter Shcha Щ was derived from the Glagolitic (Croatian script) letter Shta Ⱋ. Also the sum of letters Š and Č gives Z (25+4=29) in Croatian alphabet, and Z is a military symbol used by Russians to mark their military vehicles in Ukraine. "Trajna-nina armagedon nona" "Trayna-nina armageddon granny" (Nuclear armageddon threat) (Since mother is Russia that makes grandmother USSR) "Mama ljubila morona ...ŠČ" "Mother was kissing a moron ...Щ" (Mother Russia electing a moron (Putin) to be president) "Whole alphabet in reverse: Ž(Ж/Ⰶ), Z(З/Ⰷ), V(В/Ⰲ), U(У/Ⱆ), T(Т/Ⱅ), Š(Ш/Ⱎ), S(С/Ⱄ), R(Р/Ⱃ), P(П/Ⱂ), O(О/Ⱁ), Nj(Њ/Ⱀⰺ), N(Н/Ⱀ), M(М/Ⰿ), Lj(Љ/Ⰾⰺ), L(Л/Ⰾ), K(К/Ⰽ), J(Й/Ⰺ), I(И/Ⰻ), H(Х/Ⱈ), G(Г/Ⰳ), F(Ф/Ⱇ), E(Е/Ⰵ), Đ(Ђ/Ⰼ), Dž(Џ/Ⰴⰶ), D(Д/Ⰴ), Ć(Ћ/Ⱋ), Č(Ч/Ⱍ), C(Ц/Ⱌ), B(Б/Ⰱ), A(А/Ⰰ)" The reverse part of the song represents going back in time and repeating the same mistakes from history (not learning from historical events). "Mama, mama, mama ja se idem igrat" "Mom, mom, mom I'm going to personate/roleplay" (Putin is going to personate or roleplay as Lenin and/or Stalin) "MAMA, IDEM U RAT!" "MOM, I'M GOING TO WAR!"🇺🇦 "Onaj mali psihopat" "That little psychopath"(Putin) "Mali podli psihopat" "Little vile psychopath"(Putin) "Krokodilski psihopat" "Crocodilian psychopath"(Putin) (Crocodilian as in enormous/huge/massive, basically the complete opposite of little) (Krokodil is also a drug in Russia stronger than heroin) (Also also reference to Boris Johnson calling Putin a crocodile 🐊) Psychopath is a person affected by chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behavior. Meanwhile vocals in the background: "Mama ja idem u rat, rat, rat, rat" "Mom I'm going to war, war, war, war" "MAMA, IDEM U RAT!" "MOM, I'M GOING TO WAR!"🇺🇦 Greetings from Croatia 🇭🇷

This is much more serious song than it seems at the first glance! It's anti-war and anti-dictatorship protest rock opera like song and brutal mockery of "little vile psychop**h" which is interpreted by music professionals as Putin himself and all other mad dictators, played by the Let 3 - famous experimental and often extremely provocative Croatian art punk rock band that is active over 30 years and which also had numerous collaborations in theater peroformances including those with very serious directors. Lyrics description: "Mama ŠČ" = Mama Russia (among Russians "mother" symbolises their country), ŠČ is letter from the Russian alphabet. "Mother bought a tractor" = Belarus dictator Lukašenko gave to Putin tractor for his 70th birthday. "Mother loved a moron" = Mother Russia loved Putin. As i've written "little vile psychop**h" is also Putin. Let 3 outfits and styling: military like clothes as the representation of all mad war thirty dictators in combo with drag queen like clothes and makeup (provocation to homophobic Russian President). Bald man is also wearing dark scarf - alusion to Rasputin, another reference to Russia and on his forehead theres inscription "NJINLE" which is Croatian word play for LENJIN (NJIN + LE = LENJIN). Nuclear rockets are rather self-explanatory: "little vile psychopath" from the Kremlin is constantly threatening with usage of nukes! Greetings from Croatia with HUGE ŠČ!

You wrote: "Mother bought a tractor" = Belarus dictator Lukašenko gave to Putin tractor for his 70th birthday" (you and many others all over the YT...) - And *how do you know* that it is the *correct interpretation*? Have you heard what the author of this video said about the tractor? What was his first association when he heard about the tractor in the lyrics, after listening to / watching the performance? And he also said that after he heard the words, he was even more confused! If you did see it and hear it, then hopefully you see that it could be interpreted in the completely *opposite direction* from yours! And what the song means in that case, are you capable of thinking about it? I really don't understand *how you can be so self confident* to write all that (what you just wrote here, and on the other profile, maybe even many other profiles) and *to tell the others* - especially to the people from other countries who have *faith in you* that you know about the song *more than them* - that *your version* and *your interpretation* is the clue to the meaning of the song?? Who *authorized* those interpretations that you are offering as *the right one*? This is very tricky, even dangerous, what you are doing with this song and with its idealization. And you don't have a clue what it is all about... and you don't have a clue what you are actually doing. Pleasing your ego by "knowing" something that you actually don't know at all.

This comment was made by Katarina and I just copied it and put it here as a comment because she explained very well what the song is about, thank you Katarina. Commentator Catherine I'm glad you liked the song because it's a masterpiece. For me, who knows the language very well, it took me several listens to understand the main metaphors and references, and for someone who does not know the language, it is even more difficult because potential hidden meanings are hidden in language games. The song has a lot of potential metaphors, from the more or less clear "Mom bought a tractor" which refers to Putin's purchase of Belarus (Lukasenko gave Putin a tractor for his seventieth birthday). Mama is a clear metaphor for Russia. The meaning of ŠČ is very interesting, on the one hand it is a letter from the Russian alphabet (some people wrote that it is the oldest, you wouldn't know because I don't know Russian) but on the other hand it has a numerical metaphorical meaning: Š is the 25th letter of the alphabet in the Croatian alphabet ( the Croatian alphabet has a total of 30 letters) and the letter Č is 4. The sum of 25 and 4 is 29 and in the 29th place in the Croatian alphabet is the letter Z. Mama ŠČ is actually Russia (Mother) Z. Trananina is a verse of a Croatian lullaby for children, no special meaning, but in this context with Armageddon it has the function of antithesis (from childish slumber, Russia goes to Armageddon). The reference to nonna (it's a Croatian Italianism, meaning grandma-nonna) may be the Soviet nuclear legacy of today's Russia. Let's move on (from the lullaby we go into chaos with the sound of the tractor). Everything is quite clear so far, but in the following verses it becomes hermetic and different meanings are offered. The verse "Little vile psychopath" is a clear reference to Putin because of his short stature, but the verse "Crocodile psychopath" alludes on the one hand to the animal world, reptiles and on the other to the color green. It is interesting that the surname Zelenski means green because it contains a reference to the color green. And it is also known that he really likes T-shirts of that color, so that's where Let3 really become subversive. Conspiracy theorists would also implicate David Icke. As for the costumes, there is a clear criticism of Stalinism and Nazism (the main vocalist has a mustache like Hitler and Stalin) and the mad monk in black is an obvious reference to Rasputin (a metaphor for Russian mysticism and messianism) with Lenin written on his forehead (in Croatian it is Lenin with Lj). I hope I helped.

each and everyone of us can have his own expirience of the war, as well as about this anti-war song! It is a strong satiric performance and I think is a masterpiece! Every masterpiece has a much deeper meaning. This is not a song for every ear or every mind. At first glance it looks stupid, but everything, everything has a hidden meaning: the singer's clothes symbolize a general whose clothes and conscience are stained with the blood of the victims; a singer in a black mantle-a church that supports the war, that's why he has 2 rockets in his hands. The sound and text are reminiscent of a children's song - the dictator is like a child who perceives the world as his toy and says to his mother (Russia or any other country): Mom, I'm going to war! Then the children's song ends and war chaos ensues. Because war spares no one. Neither the dictator, nor his people, nor those who defend themselves. Krokodil in Russia is the name for a type of drug that destroys the mind. That's why every dictator is a crocodile psychopath. etc...etc...

It's an anti-Putin song, full of hidden meanings, metaphors, and allegories. "Mama ŠČ" stands for "Mother Russia" (there is a letter ŠČ in the Russian alphabet but not in the Croatian one). By singing about the tractor they are referring to Lukashenko's birthday present to Putin ("tractor Belarus") or to Belarus itself and its relations with Russia. By singing "that little vile psychopath" they are referring to Putin, etc. The song has a very strong, antiwar message. He sings: "Mama, idem u rat! / "Mum (meaning "Mother Russia"), I'm going to war!". They are dressed like Stalin and Lenin (that guy wearing missiles wrote on his forehead "NJINLE", which is a wordplay for LENIN / LENJIN in Croatian). LET 3 is a punk band from Rijeka, a port city in western Croatia. They use a lot of local dialect words with many Italian loan words ("Armagedon nona", meaning "Armageddon grandma" or "nonna" in Italian, which is probably a reference to the former USSR). Hope it helps...

ŠČ (Russian Ŝ), Let3's song about Putin's ("Mother") Russia, is the most appropriate aesthetic-musical Croatian answer for the Eurovision song to the current Russian aggression. So let's decipher the text a bit. "Mama" is constantly repeated in the song: "Mama bought a tractor, Mama loved a moron" ... "Mama" as Mother Russia, and Belarus (Belarus) is by the way a tractor model ... Mother Russia (sub)bought a Tractor (Belarus) from which she also launched aggression, and from which evil is also spreading (similarly, they have been "buying" whoever they can for years ... By the way, Putin recently received a tractor from Lukashenka for his birthday). In short, Mother Russia loves a moron - Putin - a little crocodile psychopath, who threatens armageddon, for which the little man goes to war. That's roughly how Let3 see it lyrically, the only ones on the Croatian scene who sang in a symbolic and sarcastic way about Russian aggression, which is shaping the fate of Europe. Recently, in one of the interviews, when they appeared in a TV studio with rockets with "Lenin" written on them, they stated that Putin is "an example of a braggart who thinks the planet is his toy." That's what the band from the left spectrum is saying, while many others are silent! And as for the other songs, mostly rather empty and worn-out lamentations about the sufferings of love... and for that it is better to open "The Sufferings of Young Werther"

It's an anti war song. ŠČ is the oldest letter in the russian alphabet. So mama ŠČ means mother Russia. Mom bought a tractor is a reference to Lukašenko buying a tractor for Putin for his birthday. Belarus is also a brand of tractors so it also means that russia bought belarus. Little psychopat is of course Putin, mom loved a moron is basically russia loving putin. The guy with the rockets has NjinLe written on forhead when you rearrange the letters it spells Lenjin which is Lenin in Croatian. The main singer is dressed as Stalin, and they are all in drag because Putin is a homophobe. Corodile psychopat is a reference to Boris Johnson comparing Putin to a crocodile.

I have watched some of Rammstein's music videos, they are a bit disturbing I might add xD But if I am not mistaken Rammstein is categorized as hard rock or heavy metal right? Let 3 more as punk rock... But I guess people meant the similarities between their live shows and concepts. @@Niki91-HR Yes, Rammstein can sound scarier because they sing songs from the depth of the heart :) Most of their songs are actually - love songs. Disturbing? Well, yes. But... imagine the path Jesus had to go through to give us love in this world. Disturbing for sure. I still appreciate this path. This is the path of the Truth. It's heavy and paved with thorns. Honestly, I don't like categorizing music in some genres. I think it can be misleading. If Rammstein sings about love and some church choir sings about love, for me it's the same kind of music. There are just some different rhythms and tones :) Both of Let 3 and Rammstein have very provocative live shows. As I see it, Rammstein starts on emotional level and Let 3 starts on social awarenes level. Both of band discuss society from emotional to social level and then they meet on... penis :) It's reasonable because sexual force is the primal force and the basic human instinct. I love both Rammstein an Let 3. Music is music. Everyone likes the music that resonates with it's body. "In the beginning there was a word"....and the word is nothing but a sound, but a resonance. "...and the word was God.".

I think having genres makes it just easier for us to distinguish what type of tones and rhythms and such are used. When someones says Rock you know which direction it will take musically. Now every genre can speak about the same topics be it just love or social issues/injustices and so on. I respect both bands and they are rightfully successful just not my personal preference. Although I like punk rock and rock in general. Idk what it is but they just didnt capture me into their world. My text on Croatian Wikipedia about the song: Mom ŠČ! is a song by the rock-punk group Let 3, which won at Dora 2023 held on February 11, 2023 in Opatija. The song will therefore represent Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool. According to the authors of more than 100 reactions to the song published so far on KZread, the song is amazing - a spontaneous, organic and compact amalgam of metal-rock, children's rosary, punk, classical opera, psychedelic music, marching band, slet (mass games) music, with a concrete reminiscence of chaotic Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen, with elements of pop and even dance music. It is already clear that it is the most original song of this year's Eurovision Song Contest, and one of the most original Eurovision songs in general. According to the comments of numerous listeners on KZread, it is an art song with a strong message, but also a parody. Let 3 complemented the ingeniously composed music with great choreography and stage performances, so many commentators on KZread point out that it is immediately clear that this is an original masterpiece, which will undoubtedly be noticed and remain prominent in the annals of the Eurovision Song Contest. The words of the song are cryptic, and they mention the mom who bought a tractor, the mom who a moron, a small vile psychopath, armageddon-nona (grandmother), and they end-up with the line: "mom, I'm going to war". The meaning of the word "ŠČ", which is repeated after each verse, is particularly mysterious. The song is intentionally allusive (because Eurovision songs must not have any political message), and has a fluent meaning. Her interpretation is greatly helped by the fact that the main vocalist, Frlja, with make-up resembles Hitler from Chaplin's "The Great Dictator", but also wears a Stalin`s mustache, and it is clear that this is a parody of all the "little vile psychopaths, crocodile psychopaths" who push humanity into nuclear war ("armageddon"), symbolized by missiles carried by a bald man with the word "Njinle" (an anagram of Lenin) written on his forehead, although he is actually dressed as Rasputin, which represents an additional transition of meaning and performance into the surreal and the counter - reasonable. The tractor mentioned at the beginning of the song probably refers to the tractor that Belarusian president Lukashenko bizarrely gave as a present to the Russian president Putin for his 70th birthday, and which - given that Russia finances Belarus - Russia bought to itself. The word "mother" (which bought a tractor) therefore means Mother Russia , and it is also symbolized by the double voice, i.e. the letter ŠČ, for which there is a special sign in the Russian alphabet (Щ). "Mama ŠČ" therefore means Mother Russia, although the song is not anti-Russian, but anti-war, because it "trolls" i.e. mocks and/or ironizes (with make-up, costumes, choreography, words and music) all those (both Hitler and Stalin) who, for the sake of the pleasure of their own domination, turn the world into a private playground of war, the price of which must be paid by the "little man". The words "moron" and "psychopath" are therefore based on all those who start wars, as the co-author of Mrle confirmed in his interview on February 16 on Bosnian television, and not only on Putin, as stated in most media, although the allusion to him is perhaps clearer than others. The song immediately delighted the majority of the audience, and won overwhelmingly at Dora, although there are also those who react negatively to it, so it is clear that it does not leave anyone indifferent. This was obviously the intention of the authors, more than winning the competition. Despite this, some "Mama ŠČ!" already see as the winner of the competition, which largely coincides with the bookmakers' predictions. WIWIBLOGGS, a specialized portal for Eurovision, has published the results of its poll on the favorites among the 15 songs selected so far. The first place was taken by Let 3 and their song "Mama ŠČ!". 31,437 people participated in the survey, and “Mama ŠČ!” won the first place with incredible 53.99% of votes (16,974 votes). 28 God dwells in holiness and the angels shout day and night, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord”. If you love holiness and sanctification, you will not reject the public confession. If you are a child of God, because of the public confession, you will say, “O God! If I had come across this Message since my childhood, I wouldn’t have lived a bad life, there are sins that I would have never committed.” For a child of God, the public confession is a gift from God and the elect say Amen to that. 27 It is not because we are strong that we follow this Message, but with the help and the grace of God, like Joshua and Caleb, we say by faith that we can! Let’s just praise Him! Let’s sing and praise his Name! Amen!
