Why don't you come with us? vs. why won't you come with us? Why do we always use simple present negative interrogative for making suggestions? Could you explain the difference between them?

Why don’t you come? (Usually done/ or as a suggestion) Why won’t you come? ( not a suggestion/ simple Future Why won’t you come tomorrow?
