🥥Water 100g 🥥Gelatine powder 23-25g [ Mix till fully combined ] 🥥Whole milk 200g 🥥White sugar 45-60g [ Keep low heat all the way ] [ Gently stir & whisk till gelatine powder & sugar melt] 🥥Coconut milk 400mL 🥥A pinch of salt [ Sift into a glass container ] [ Refrigerate it for 2-3hrs ]

朋友后来告诉我是我用的椰奶牌子的问题。 后来换成华人超市卖的普通牌子AROY就不会油水分离了,还更便宜。
用咩椰漿?
