I am 56 and strength train 4 times per week. People mistake me for 15 years younger. I live in the gym, don't drink alcohol and eat clean.

I think my favorite older healthy lady is Takishima Mika. She wears her natural grey hair, minimal makeup and doesn't try to look "sexy." Her joy for life is the only beauty help she needs. At 92 she looks like a healthy 60 year old and I have patterned my beauty regimen after her. Don't be afraid to own your age.

Lesley, You are amazing! I was married to a guy that came in second in Mr. California in the early 80s. It really breaks my heart to see how much jealousy there is out there. I’ve been around this word for a very long time and what I’m seeing is people get really angry when they are not willing to put in that kind of work themselves. Even though you’re telling them that this can happen… I don’t think people believe it. Sadly, I don’t think they believe that THEY can do it. The truth is that the body will respond to this kind of exercise at any age. Someone said that you don’t have the face of your granddaughters. Well, you don’t have the face of a 66 year old woman either! Exercise does that for women. You don’t need face yoga when you’re doing weight training because your face gets almost as much of a workout as your body does when you push heavy weights. Keep on doing what you’re doing girl. You look fabulous. And, there’s plenty of people out there that are not willing to be helped. But, there are plenty that are. Just keep on focusing on them. It’s so hard not to give into social norms of what things are supposed to be like when you get older. We really need women like you putting it out there.

i AM 66 AND FEELING THE BEST ..have long hair, train not as much will start more, I am fit and don't feel old.... show my legs.. and people gives me at least 15 yrs younger--no alcohol no smoking...heaps of fruit

Good to see other woman disciplined in training, why of eating, the results are telling. Now 55 it is harder physically but I push myself as loosing muscle & bone strength is not what I want.

Now I'm with her 💯 with women falling into stereotypes and that it DOES cause immature aging, it is nonsense. They start sending junk mail , overloading the television with informercials selling mobility aids and Viagra for women down to what colors to wear! We should reverse this thinking! Im not into walking around showing off my whole body , but now I do want the best body I can have under the dress lol

Its good to look younger physically as we age I work hard cause I look younger 😅 cause I put colour on my head, eyebrows and beard and other workers leave things for me to do what they should have done ✔️. I'm one of those at 67 and a half...I won't do botox or fillers. My body is hard and I am strong as F! but I don't try to look 4o. Still the men in the gym under estimate my strength and if they don't know me they are always offering to help me load or unload plates. LOL I do look at them and say "but if you want to open the door for me, I will gladly walk through". She is pretty and very sexy indeed it's just not what I would do. Kudos to her though.

Not natural...but if she is happy, we are happy for her. My favourite old woman is Corrie Ten Boom. She lived in a German concentration camp during the war. She was in prison because she save lots of Jews. She was an adorable woman with a great heart.

She looks magnificent. She clearly keeps herself physically fit and practices healthy habits. However I can’t help thinking she has had some cosmetic work done. Also possible she does hormone therapy but I wishfully would like to believe she achieved her physical state by natural means (exercise, diet, good sleep and lifestyle habits, etc.) What do you all think?

I think it’s fabulous if she does hormone replacements. If men went through what we go through there would be a tester one booth on every corner. Estrogen makes the world go round for women. When you lose that, you start to lose your zest for life and we’re not taught that like we should be. Viagra anyone?

Yee of little faith. why the doubt and negativity? You can achieve that and more. I am not as fit as her but I workout at the gym and guys think I am 20 year younger. Working out will do wonders for you. Just do it.

Why not to mention that she had well done facelift , surgical eye lids lift and has silicone breasts …? Also hair are surprisingly thick and long for her age ….. She looks great but this is beyond normal person budget…

I’m not taking anything away from this woman because she works out hard, but I’m telling you that this woman is taking hormones therapy. There is no way a woman her age could be in that kind of shape without the use of hormone replacement therapy. It’s all good if that’s what she wants.

+Nick, Yes you are right, it's so obvious! Hormone replacement therapy is a kind word, just say it for what it is. Anabolic Steroids. A young woman can't get this muscular, let alone a woman at her age. People here just want to believe it's possible so think they can be the same at her age naturally. Modern people are so naive nowadays!

That crop-top is a big no-no. No one wants to see lose skin like that. There are far more suitable and stylish things she could wear. She does look great.

Over developed muscular women are not attractive. You can be very healthy without that.
