As a kid in the early 2000's (born 1990) and as an Essendon fan, I hated this man back then... for the reason that I now realise is because he was so good and formidable and was a major reason why the team i supported weren't succeeding in getting past Brisbane. He was an absolute star of the game and deserves any level of credit he gets.

Always thought Leppa was not only undervalued as a player, but he aslso has always had a charismatic side that makes you want to listen when he talks.

Soccer is the biggest and most important sport on Earth and is massive in over 240 countries. Every nation on Earth loves Soccer. Afl is a tiny sport that is only big and relevant in 4 Australian states. Soccer will be the number 1 sport in Australia by 2050 jfjfgd

That's harsh. I don't think anyone could have succeeded with that list and with so many players leaving, on top of the overall lack of support he had. I just don't think he had a fair crack at it.
