Was Melbourne really expected to beat Geelong in 2008? They'd just won a premiership and lost 1 game in the home and away season

Met the whole Melbourne team during a pre season camp in the Grampians. My Grandmother did the catering for them, was the first decent meal they had in weeks they said. Big Neita ate 6 roast beef rolls to himself haha!

Was the dream forward i would have wanted at the Crows back in the 2000s'. Probably has a couple of 100 goal season with mids like Mcloed/Roo kicking him the ball.

Disgusting act by Dean Wallis against young Brad Green, good to see that despondent look on his face next year after Brisbane beat Essendon.

A good player, but by no means great. About as good as Gary Lyon. Kicked the Lions share of his goal tally against bottom half sides.

Having the players around you can make a huge difference. I can still remember him destroying Carey at CHB as a 19 year old. It would have been a luxury to be able to play him there, but he could have been one of the great Centre Half Backs of all time.

This comment is a perfect example of how completely underrated he was by many outside the club who simply don’t know any better
