I have this set and it is very nice. The barrel an the turret are a little bit fragile, but other than that, a very good set. It also has suspensions.

@@zergling05 I got it from online - my cousin bought if for me - the online place I got it from was called Aliexpress because I just searched up a lego leopard tank then clicked on a link then told my cousin and yeah

@@Nickname_157 Lego? Lego has no military products in its range. BlueBrixx also sells online...not just in their stores
I picked up a building block MG 42 for mine to replace the odd weapon that came with the Leopard, and it really looks better
Looks good, and decently sized. In my experience of building Cobi have found that one or two less treads on either side than recommended give the smoothest results otherwise too loose, and don't properly roll. Also Lego ice cream cone pieces used for the shells is pretty smart.
version 1a5 of this tank is operated by Brazil, I could already see it up close, it is a beautiful machine

just did this one last week. add an extra 1x4 to that front peice and it worked better. that front pissed me off too. and I found 71 link to work perfect on tracks
Yoohhh you finally bought. I commented in one of your videos to do a tank reveal on that tank and I also have it. :D I've also had that rear issue, so after a few days when I finished building the set I was somehow able to attach the rear together, I also took off 2 tread parts. It's cool seeing you do a tank build review on a tank that I also have and I agree with you at the end
I have build this model not so long time ago. But must admit i have changed somethings to build little bit better especially the front bit. Still a fun model

Finally, a tiny scale model with working suspension
Very nice turret
The Star Wars blaster for the loader and its mount ON TOP of the hatch irritated me to no end. I wound up modding an alternate mount and putting a BrickArms MG42 on it. I also took a Dremel to the cowboy pistol smoke grenades. 🤣 Oh wait....that was the 2A6. But the Leo 1 still got a MG42.

Love the suspension idea but my bands broke on my leopard too but my marder ones are fine

the Leopard 1 was built from 1965, so not in WW2 and the model shown here is not Lego it is a BlueBrixx/Xingbao product
