I thought one of the smartest things he said to Leon was you're backing yourself up to the cage a little too much. I need you to meet him 50/50 in the middle.

YEP! Though I think Usman was not the same guy in the 3rd fight, Leon may have beaten him anyway because I dont think Leon was going to let him T off on him like he did in the 2nd fight.

Really? I really like Leon but I will bet you $10 right now. That will be the next fight. Do you really think Dana White is going to tell everyone “that’s definitely the next fight” then go back on his word? Come on. Everyone wants to see that fight. Just go look at all the polls Michael Bisping and other channels have done. Covington is winning in all of them on who should fight Leon next. Even the English want to see. Leon is being smart because he’s raising up the price. The UFC is going to pay him for the fight.

congrats to Leon all respect, curious, shouldn't champions have a say in who they fight? i remember Usman called out Masvidal for the second fight and Dana saying something along the lines of, if they want to fight each other then we make it happen, thoughts?

They have no faith in Leon to beat Colby. That’s why they pick that bum Jorge. Not because of their beef but because they know it’s an easier fight.
Why not book Belal/Colby for as soon as. Whoever wins more impressively from that fight and Burns/Masvidal winner and can roll with Leon later in the year gets the shot. Simples

Colby didnt duck him. He wasnt highly ranked. And I am not a fan girl of anybody in all of life. I am a fan of fighting. And the guy Leon wants to fight lost to colby in his last fight yet Leon keeps saying it makes no sense to fight Colby because he hasn't fought in a year and a half so I pick the guy who Colby beat and ALSO hasn't fought in a year and a half?? Nah I’m an Usman fan and will remain so till the end. Usman was the one who showed Leon respect and top contenders and fought literally everyone. Back to back. Defended the belt five times. Let’s watch any other contender do it.

Usman kept holding onto leon’s shorts I would have grabbed the fence as well..
Style make fight, Colby style is a problem for Leon and can possibly beat him. Nate almost beat Leon, masvidal beat the crap off Nate, Colby easily beat masvidal. Colby style will easily stop leon, i dont blame them for trying to avoid it. leon doesnt do good against pressure fighter.
If they give Belal the title shot the lemonade guy will sell more than the PPV would.

@@youtubeconnollyfamily Usman looks done but there has been rumours his knees and back are not in good health for a while because of wrestling. The positions he got in and couldn't finish takedowns is a huge red alert for me.
In my book,only after leon beat covington, he get to call the shots.

Belals biggest excuse I've heard so far is he isn't fighting downwards in the anymore when asked about the Shavkat fight. Colby is ranked higher than Belal, so why should Colby have to fight downwards in the rankings? Idk, I'm just annoyed and sick of Ariel and Belal whining and complaining already

Colby getting a title shot annoys me because I've seen him fight for the belt so many times imagine if he beats Leon Leon probably won't get a rematch and if he does omg we just watch the same damn people fight for the belt all the damn time
