The choir is the Red Army Alexandrov choir. It is from a live concert in Helsinki in 1993. It was a sort of friendship concert between the Finns and the Russians.

I just returned from the 'Bike and Music Weekend' at Guiselwind, Germany where Leningrad Cowboys were playing. Absolutely amazing they were, brilliant. Check the festival out, it happens every year in the first weekend in August. 60,000 motorbikes, jet car, dragsters and 15 goups playing. 4 Nights camping, and all for 27.50 Euros. Unbelievable.
A dear friend made me a cd of this album back in the days. FOREVER Grateful!

I like this band because they have 10 people from Finland, and humor make this old-time style of the Soviet Union. Incredible outfit!
I read, they were there a couple times, on official concerts and on private invitations. I would like to see them live. They are great.

This song is one big mindf*ck... And I like it.
You know the theory about how time is slower in space? Well, that's what's happening here. The tractor is moving, all right, but since it's in space the sound needs a little bit of time before noticing it. It's like jet-lag.. but in space!

driving back to Russia might earn you in long the customs cues honking horns, waving fists and foul language, especially from truck drivers :) But - it's not the strangest Russian vehicle I've seen on the road. Saw in YT a russian band driving on a platform set on the chassis of a sidecar motorcycle. Was it 3 or 4 men, don't remember. 1 was driving, luckily.
