Just made this for my customers in an Essex bar in the UK - not your typical gourmands, (fish & chips is an experience for them). They now all want to meet you! It looks like you don't do recipes anymore, but you should. You need to elevate yourself to the Pailins, Seonkyoungs and Maangchis of this world...you're not so far away. Tried this tonight and it's a keeper! I used two full stalks instead of 1 tablespoon of lemongrass.

delicious dish...prepared everything in the afternoon and i cooked it an hour ago. Stuffed now
