Hi veena, I like all ur recipies..Can I give a suggestion dear? After keeping the lemon with salt in bottle , if we keep the lemon in sunlight for one or two days, it will turn more delicious. Some extra water content will dry and will turn like "adamanga" when making pickle....Keep going...vgud.....all the best....

My husband loves dates pickle and i dont, but we both love lemon pickle! And here we are settled finally! Thanku so much chechi.. i made this(just decreased the spice level, as it is always more for me) and we absolutely loved it.. we are eating it with everything 😅 love u chechi 😘
