Lovely picnic food, but you forgot the most important item - baby bottles!! I'm just off to bake some Lemon Curd Muffins, they look and sound fantastic!

Those babies were happy until the feasting began, then they noticed, "Hey! Where's my picnic?" Next time -- wonderful chef Dads -- pack the baskets with some mother's milk too ;-)

I've tried making lemon curd muffins, but the curd always sinks to the bottom - how do I get it to stay at the top?

Maybe you could bake the muffin mix a couple minutes first before then adding the curd so it creates some crust on the bottom? Sort of like how you bake the empty tart before adding the filling to finish baking together? Or maybe just make smaller muffins in a mini-cupcake tin so you can just smash one in your mouth all at once and no one‘s the wiser lol
