I love your personality! Watching your cooking videos are so entertaining and inspirational. I am almost deathly afraid to cook with raw meat so I tend to avoid it all together. You make it look simple, and I am definitely going to try this recipe. I don't mind the shortcuts. Sometimes, you just want to get the cooking part done and the eating part closer. Hope it's ok if I reply. I would suggest Cuisinart or Calphalon. They have sets or open stock pieces. Both sold at Bed, Bath & Beyond so you could use a coupon. Also, I would advise never to use cooking spray (such as Pam) in these pans. I have ruined a few hard anodized pans with that stuff and I never put non-stick in the dishwasher. Hope this helps.

My pan's from ikea n it lasts almost 2 years now and the coating's still in tact. U have to get the good version tho, they sell the economic one and the quality one, i bought mine for 24 bucks it was quite worth it i'd say
