✔️Water - 50ml
✔️Lemon juice - 50 ml
✔️Tapioca starch/cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
✔️Stevia (any sugar substitute)
✔️Cottage cheese - 350 g
✔️Milk - 60-80ml
✔️thick yogurt 100 g

Can coconut flour and almond flour be used I cant have soy and I don't have cassava I also have hemp protein powder and bamboo fiber sunflower seed flour can any of these work to replace thank you
