Nice one! But why did you have to bake the baskets? You could have put them in the fridge for 30m, to allow the coconut oil to solidify. It would be easier to bite into it.

It's not sugar free at all. Maybe not processed sugar, but the sugar in dried fruits is very concentrated. In your body, sugar is sugar, and all carbohydrates turn into sugar. Also milk has natural sugar in it.
