Homemade ice cream with 2 ingredients.
Ingredients and preparation:
0:00 Chocolate (120g).
0:17 whipping cream 33% (100ml).
0:22 Reheat in the microwave or bain-marie.
0:57 whipping cream 33% (100ml).
1:20 whipping cream 33% (200ml).
1:55 Chill in the fridge.
2:16 Beat until thick.
2:42 form size 12x20 cm.
3:03 2 hours in the freezer.

Thanks! I can't eat dairy products so I made this great ice-cream with coconut cream. (Dairy free and sugar free chocolate) The flavour is mix of coconut and chocolate. Yummy!

I use coconut cream with many thing also the Barista oats milk works perfect as a substitute of dairy cream I use it for my chocolate ganaches

Don't use cocoa powder. It needs the creamy texture of the chocolate. If you replace the chocolate with powder you better mix first the cocoa with some fat (butter) and make an emulsion. Other wise you will get powdery texture in the ice-cream

Me parece una buena receta, pero ¿ Está suficientemente dulce solo con el azúcar que lleve el chocolate, no es mucha nata para tan poco dulzor? Creo que sabrá poco dulce y más siendo un helado, porque como sabrás las cosas frías hay que endulzar las un poco más.

Made this the other day using a combination of dark and milk chocolate. Delicious! Thanks for such a great recipe.
After freezing the mix, it gets so hard that it is impossible to take out pieces as you show in the picture, as one doesn't hold it only for two hours in the freezer, but for much more time. I did exactly what was recommended, but it is too hard and must be defrosted for usage.

I only like my ice cream to be soft like the white ice cream from MacDonalds so I learned to set my freezer temperature at a warmer setting so even ice cream from the grocery store is easy to dig out.
