8. Internal and External Rotations
Cool-Down:
1. Hip Flexor - L
2. Hip Flexor - R
3. Hamstring Stretch
4. 90/90 - L
5. 90/90 - R

1. Hex Squats
2. RDL's
3. 90 Deg Squat Hops
1. Bicep Curls
2. Overhead Tricep Extensions
3. Jumping Jacks
1. Reverse Lunge - L
2. Reverse Lunge - R
3. Faux Jump Rope
1. Hammer Curls
2. Tricep Kickbacks
3. Step Outs
1. Lateral Lunges - L

1. Concentration Curl - L
