Lego, those Drax invis jokes don't apply to you. We actually want him included in sets.

My conclusion: it does in fact look pretty epic

Drax stood so still the designer forgot to add him.

I think this set would be so much cooler if it came with Drax. We haven't gotten a drax figure in years, and he was missing in the previous Benatar. All I need is drax to complete the team

Rocket's head is a whole new piece, it doesn't have the built in shoulder pads like the old ones did.

For me as AFOL, this is an ideal set. The exterior is spot on, and the price is not extremely hight. I love this mid-tier ucs sets (like razor crest and this)

I'm with you- My favorite are the very well detailed sets that go for $80-$160

if it would be star wars ucs set it would cost even more and has less figs :P just like UCS a-wing or y-wing less or similiar number of pieces 1 or 2 figs and 50$/euro more.

I appreciate the turn table! More display sets like this one should definitely have the ability to rotate on their stand

Totally agree, especially for models that resemble flying things. It adds a lot ti the display value and helps it to stand out more amongst regular models.

Im in the same boat, for that price it feels like a steal and it's probably my second favourite now in my collection, narrowly beaten by UCS Slave 1. But that set was 200 bucks, so it's amazing Benatar stands such a comparison. An amazing set overall.

@@TH3HY3N4 same thought here, bought it last Saturday and built it on Sunday and Monday, also thought it is quite simillar to the Slave 1 which i also own in terms of Parts and Scale, Love the set! Even thogh it would've been even cooler if it came with an UCS Plac and maybe Gammora and Drax.

Drax is in this set you just can’t see him

Saw this on display recently. I was shocked by how big it was, and how many pieces go into it. Not my cup of tea, but still impressive. I'm happy marvel fans are happy.

Wow, this one looks like professional moc builder designed it.

Another difference on Rocket, is that the head is now movable. The previous versions had shoulder pads molded into the head that prevented head movement.

I'm building this right now and it's a great build. Basically a UCS without the 18+ tax and I think the set is super underrated because there is a ton of cool stuff coming out right now. I highly recommend it.

11:35 fun fact about 'that' new part, Mega Construx / Mega Bloks have been using that same piece regularly for over a decade now. So in a sea of "Lego compatible" brands taking from Lego, Lego are finally doing the reverse and taking from them. How 'bout that.

I mean, that's been the case with probably dozens of pieces LEGO has "introduced" in the past 5-10 years, from different shapes of wedge plates to the hollow stud.

When I saw the pictures, I expected it to be around $250-300. For $150, I just might buy it

Lego should make a "minifig placement helper" for adult hands. I don't have huge hands, but sometimes I feel like an ogre trying to place a minifig or other part/object.

Lego IS and always has been expensive, explains why I had so little as a kid

Other than the lackluster interior of the ship this IMO is the perfect balance between a play scale model and a hugely expensive UCS model. More models like this please Lego.

It is a pretty iconic ship design. Looks very well represented in lego.

This new Benetar ship looks really amazing! When they came up with the Milano years ago, it already looked very cool, but this one has an even better look and it looks more sturdy as well! Really like it! Nice review, Jang!

I really wish they just went out and did it as an 18+ set that's closer to minifigure scale, it's still a really good build by the looks of it

I'm actually happier with it as a mainline set. This reminds of the older Lego sets from the 2008-2012 era, which, while where pricey, had a lot of detail, play features, and went together really, really nicely. This is the first Lego set in a long time, that I think has features that make it appealing to children, and appreciable by adults. That's what, I personally, have enjoyed Lego as, and IMO, it what it should strive to be at its core. This is the first set I've seen in a long, long time that brings those emotions back for me. I think this is a good set to be open to a wide demographic.

I love that stand. Lego should consider making that a standard design for display-oriented sets.

I've no idea what this set is about but it's a mighty fine spaceship.

It's the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy's starship. This is based off its design from Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame.

Loving these shorter reviews Jang! Always loved them and when you started making those longer 30 min vids I just didn't have that much time to commit on 1 vid so found myself watching elsewhere, but glad your doing these shorter more manageable and bitesized video again! 30 min vids are still cool from time to time but yay! Amazing content as usual!

I think it depends on the set. If its something like the Daily Bugle, it deserves a full 30 minute review

No pod stops this being a perfect set!

got this for christmas last year so I cant really speak for price but this is one of, if not my favourite set that I own. It's just a stellar display model for any marvel fan.

Jang just absolutely flexing his bird knowledge at 2:35-2:43 :P I really like this set, it looks like a good balance between aesthetic and function. I especially love how the cockpit hinges open in 2 places, that is really useful and cool💜

Great ship and mini-figures. Congratulations to anyone who gets that big set 👍

I have the Milano model and absolutely love it. This one is super detailed, and I already love it too. This set will be a must-buy to go with the Milano.

I am not a big fan of Marvel/Guardians in particular but the model impresses me with it's angles, especially on the body. Really nice and sleek.

Hey Jang I have a suggestion, if a set has very hard to see interior details like this one, while building the set and get to that part you should record how the interior looks while there are no walls yet making it easier for the audience to see. Otherwise great review as always 👍🏻

I love it and hope we get more Marvel "UCS" sets. So far I think we just got the Helicarrier, Hulkbuster and Daily Bugle. Personally I would've preferred the Milano but this is good too

I think lego failed to brand this, it’s clearly a ucs style set, at least it warranted the 18+ black box or something similar. When looking at it from the ucs side I think it’s an excellent model at an excellent price

I'm glad they didn't brand it like that. 18+ has gone too far. I get why they're doing it but not everything needs to be 18+. Sesame Street and Winnie the Pooh don't need to be 18+ with dull black boxes that make the set look boring compared to older sets like The Flintstones or The Simpsons House. They're focusing so much on bringing in new adults who are not lego fans that they make it less appealing to kids and existing lego fans

I’m not sure about this set. I live the guardians and I am sooo hyped for Thor love and thunder, also love the new figures. Tho on the other hand I’m not a fan of the cramped space and lack of other guardians. I love the look of this and I think I will get it someday, but I think I’m gonna wait this one out a bit.

I would just rather buy the older one. I dont own any guardians lego yet so I'd prefer to get one that includes drax and gamorah as well

@@Drewthemagnificent I have the older one and the Milano from 2014, both good but unfortunately neither include all of the guardians. If you want to get a complete team you will need to get multiple sets or just buy the individual figures. So with that considered I think this one has some of the best looking guardian figures of any set

yeah the only drawback is that small cabin space and the lack of Nebula. i still have to get this set though

I think Lego feels more expensive now, even though a lot of things are still accurate in the price per part range, simply because they are putting a lot more detail into sets using smaller pieces

I watched this video and was still surprised to see the ships size in person. It's such a fun build with a great end result. I'd love to see sets in this size and beauty in star wars line

This set has a really good color palette for making an Arcadia Class Jump-ship

Definitely planning on picking this one up. I just need to pick up the missing Guardians to complete the crew.

The thing I wanted most from the old set was more interior space, but with this they improved everything EXCEPT the interior space. Oh well, might snag it if I manage to save some extra money cause it does look pretty cool.

Drax is really detailed

Yeeees! Can't wait to pick up this set :) My only gripe is the square top front just above the canopy. I need to check the ship in universe but it looks a little weird.

If I had the money I would definitely buy this set I’m a huge Marvel fan and the Benatar looks beautiful on display and is exactly the kind of sets I’m looking for to build my set collection

I really wish Thor and the chitauri was replaced by nebula and drax, Thor makes sense but Thor is more common, but the chitauri wasn’t really needed. I don’t know, I just wish it had all the guardians post endgame

I bought for less than half the price without thee minifigures as a Display model and I absolutely don't regret buying it.

This set would have benefited a lot if the sides of the deck could be removed or opened like the Razor Crest. It still looks incredible, way better than what I had thought.

Groot's body could be used as a FANTASTIC zombie's body! So much so that LEGO would *NEVER* use it as a zombie for sure. Great collectible!

I'm on the fence about this set. It looks SOOOO GOOOOD, but I have the earlier version with the drop-ship/shuttle/escape pod added and that kind of detracts from this a lot... If I didn't have that, this would be a near instant buy.

I'm getting both Milano ships and both benatar ships and making larger, more accurate versions of them. I had the play set of the razor Crest but put as much detail as I could to make it look that much better and feel more like a razor Crest

I want it I don't care if you can play with it or not it looks so good

Epic display model, i have to get it

hello not sure if you can answer this question but i was wondering, i have two large sets that have thick manual's in a separate packet, i am wondering if its better to keep them inside there package and use digital instructions or if its just better to open it and use the physical manual? i may or may not be selling sets in the future so i am not sure which one would be more worth while or better in general for reference i have the blacksmiths and new guardians of the galaxy set, so one is an IP, thank you

Nice model, it I would have rather they skipped the stand, add some simple landing gear and included the removable pod. It’s a really noticeable omission given its prominence in the movie.

Bought it on day 1. Love the vehicle in the movies. It's like a hovering bird of prey. A gorgeous display piece, not so much play value. The older, smaller version with the escape pod option is much better for that... slightly tops this one. Still a 8,5/10

I kinda wish the majority of orange was dark orange, and some grey was flat silver, to be more accurate to the film. When they landed next the Ant Man in Infinity War it was pretty dark orange but that’s okay. I’ve customized the last version to be dark blue where there was orange, and have a custom Milano that’s dark red and black. Wonder what color I could make this one

I liked how set 76107 combined with set 76102.

I'm torn on just how UCS this is for my set of displays. The Hellicarrier or Hulkbuster come with the UCS plaque and nice displays. This has everything but no plaque. Personally it looks detailed enough. Maybe if I can get an after-market sticker and add Gamora, Nebula and Drax...?

Jang keeps talking about this set being more than twice the price of the smaller 2018 version, but doesn't mention once that that set was incomplete - it lacked the pod in the back. If you compare it to the "complete" ship from 2018 you're looking at 90 vs 150 USD.

@@Treeimitation I reviewed all three sets and put the first two together on video. I'm familiar with them. This set here has no escape pod. The set I compared it to has no escape pod. Apples to apples, it's a $150 set vs. a $70 set depicting the same thing.

Oh man, you are really making me consider some overseas shopping...
