Haters gon hate. We put sweat, blood and tears into this career to make a living. We DESERVE to be paid for the physical, emotional and mental toll this profession takes on us.

Do your job and help people if you are in it for money go be a lawyer....stop leaching off of the Healthcare system....compensation for mental toll? As if money will miraculously cure your mental health...clearly you're not mentally fit for the job

I'm hoping that this starts a new trend in salaries. We also need a trickle-down to our overworked CNA's who still receive grunt-pay for the hard work that they do.

Travel nurse here! How about we cut the wages & bonus checks of the CEO’s? You’re losing your staff nurses because we are sick and tired of being overworked in unsafe conditions and UNDERPAID! It’s called supply & demand! What are they gonna do when there are no nurses left? It’s almost laughable! People forget that travel nurses get 8 hours to no hours of orientation, get shit assignments, pay double housing, and have to pay for private health, dental, & vision insurance which for me is over $1200/mo! Unless you’re a nurse, you have NO SAY as to how much we should be paid. A war is coming and nurses are not the people you want to go to war with! Capping pay isn’t going to bring back staff nurses or resolve the nursing shortage. Fix how you treat nurses and they’ll come back!

a ceo pay and bonus is a drop compared to the pay of hospital staff...a computer pat check and bonus probably wont even cover the yearly cost of soap and toilet paper at a hospital...nursing is not a money maker it's a career to help people...this new age of entitled brats need to stop trying to change nursing into a money maker career..I know your kind I went to school with plenty of girls just like you..nothing but entitled little brats...get a new career the people don't want money hungry bjtches working on us we want people who are in it to help..

Sad that they care about pay but not nurse to patient ratio. Nurses need to start fighting together. We deserve much more and we’re basically working for free for these greedy higher ups. They don’t care about people, period.
