“God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life” (John 3:16).
This verse shows that God loves you and created you for a life that is full and meaningful (John 10:10)!
Why is it that most people are not experiencing this abundant life? Because all of us sin, and our sin has separated us from God (Romans 3:23).
We were created to have fellowship with God, but because of our stubborn self-will, we chose to go our own way, and our fellowship with God was broken. This self-will, characterized by an attitude of active rebellion or passive indifference, is what the Bible calls sin.
“The wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). Death is spiritual separation from God.
God is holy and people are sinful, and a great gulf separates us. We are continually trying to reach God and the abundant life through our own efforts, such as a good life, philosophy, or religion - but we fail.
Jesus Christ is God's only provision for our sin. Through Him we can know and experience God's love and plan for our lives! Jesus died in our place (Romans 5:8), rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:3-6), and is the only way to God (John 14:6). God has bridged the gulf that separates us from Him by sending His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross in our place to pay the penalty for our sins.
We must individually receive Jesus Christ through faith as Savior and Lord; then we can know and experience God's love and plan for our lives (Ephesians 2:8-9). When we receive Christ, we experience a new birth.
Jesus says, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come into him” (Revelation 3:20).
Receiving Christ involves turning to God from self (repentance) and trusting Christ to come into our lives to forgive our sins and to make us what He wants us to be. Just to agree intellectually that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He died on the cross for your sins is not enough. Nor is it enough to have an emotional experience. You receive Jesus Christ by faith, as an act of the will.
You can receive Christ right now by faith through prayer.
Prayer is talking to God. God knows your heart and is not so concerned with your words as He is with the attitude of your heart. Here is a suggested prayer:
“Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive You as my Savior and Lord. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of the throne of my life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be.”
If this prayer expresses the desire of your heart, then you can pray this prayer right now and Christ will come into your life, as He promised.

I thought the same. Jesus didn't only forgive the soldiers and the mob who had him crucified during his crucifixion. But he also forgave demons. That's not human behavior. No normal man or woman is that forgiving and loving.

Who told you he forgave them? He rooted them out of their dominion, destroyed their works in that territory, and at the end of the world, he is going to throw those demons in the lake of fire to burn for eternity. There is no forgiveness for demons.

For many years I had an unclean and or evil spirit in me. I would see it leave me at night right before I drifted off to sleep. It was very midnight dark and horrible. The Mighty LORD JESUS CHRIST delivered me though and set me free!! I love the Lord Jesus Christ so much!! This video was epic!!!

I was into witch craft in school - began at age 14. I did séances and Ouija boards with my friends. Then, the devil started chasing me in my dreams. I would stay awake as often as I could just so I didn't have to go to sleep. This wen on even until I was married... 13 years! A lady came to our church and prayed the blood of Jesus over me and over my life. I praise God because I have not had bad dreams, nor do I feel any threats from the devil. he has NO hold on me! Praise the Lord, Jesus Christ, forever and ever!

The demons recognized immediately who Jesus was and the authority he has over them without him having to say a single word to stop them in their tracks. That is power

This is absolutely one of my favorite miracles. Knowing the fact that demons submit to Jesus when he commands them shows that as human beings if we put Jesus in the center of our lives satan has no power over us.

Yes!!! I was looking for this as well. He is so Mighty and Powerful that all He had to say was “Come out of this man, you impure spirit!” That just makes me so proud to serve our Lord and Savior. Every time I read it I get filled with so much joy and honor!! Jesus, my hero!!

One thing I learned about this lesson was that Jesus was killing two birds with one stone because Pig farming was illegal so he gets rid of the Demons setting a man free and he gets rid of an illegal operation at the same time thank you Jesus
