Hell in the Diablo Universe is not the same hell in your religion. Neither is Heaven. In the Diablo Universe Heaven and Hell are pretty much in a forever war. Hell wants to cause chaos and disorder Heaven wants to wipe out anything that goes against order. Sanctuary was a joint creation of angels and demons that grew tired of the conflict and wanted to create something free of the fighting, where angels, and demons could co-exist. Humans was created as a result as they are the children of Lillith. Heaven saw Sanctuary as a abomination, and the Nephilium a combination of human with Angel or Demon ancestry were considered dangerous enough that Heaven since the discovery of sanctuary has sought its destruction. Thats the sad truth of Diablo. If heaven wins. Sanctuary will be destroyed and humanity wiped out. After all. they are abominations.

This is amazing. I am lost for words, I just can't see this only being a video game, it has all the potential of a box office smash. The graphics, the cinematic , everything is remarkable. I've never played this game but if that's the only way to view the story line then I'm headed to game stop right now. I don't know what else to say. I'm just blown away.

Oh, a lot of it has nothing to do with the story or plot (though most say it was only decent) It’s all the other crap Blizzard put in. Crazy greedy monetization schemes. Confusing and overly complicated progression and leveling systems. Extremely boring and repetitive gameplay. Worthless weapons spawning constantly. Terrible UI design. Abysmal community service and support. This game was terrible in spite of its story and campaign.

You're letting the pretty cinematics dictate your enjoyment of the game which is exactly what they want, the story and gameplay is okay at best gets boring after a little bit but all the extra cosmetic shit they put in just to gain a few more bucks is snake behavior. Why is this on commercials? So quick that I don't see these game clips, and, then I start to see them in my "book reading imagination of my mind's eye". I would rather be awake when these commercials come in their seconds, rather than asleep. I found them at least, now I can "put them to rest." Hah, ha, heh, he, "Then, for me, "GAME OVER, I WIN".

Inarius is definitely coming back as a fallen angel and possibly Imperius too. Aspects of Wrath and Pride. Looking forward to any possible DLC's they have in the future.

One of the things not enough talked about, is how the humans were actually WINNING before they lost faith. It stands to reason within the Diablo Universe, that humans are a scary unknown. They might be slaughtered in drove, anytime of the week, but they can just as well launch a crusade into hell itself and suceed where angels fall.

The graphics are so realistic it's scary
