The first episode opens with the song "Happy Jack" by The Who, it's obvious that Noah is a Who fan, who isn't??

I will never understand how this show wasn’t shouted from the fucking mountain tops for being the masterpiece that it is/was. This was a masterclass in acting/directing/cinematography. One of the best shows to ever grace the tv.

Legion is a underrated masterpiece in many ways. How do you make an entertaining mind battle with low budget? This. Literally this. How do you disguise a story about mental disorder? This. This "battle" means so much more than it shows. Then again, it basically shows everything.

I showed this to a bunch of random adults on a little projector hooked up to my phone and a bluetooth speaker. Everyone was speechless at the end and only asked me what the fuck show was that crazy shit?! I'm glad the series is running for an intentionally limited time but I wish more people knew how absolutely incredible it is.

1:52 - When both of their voices kick in with the music and the animation, it's just incredible. I don't think people were ready for this kind of show.

The way they've used animation in the finales is awesome. This was easily one of the best openings to an episode as well as being a strong episode overall.

Fucking awesome. The way he slowly floats in that pose is so menacing.

Whoever’s responsible for the music selection in legion is doing a great job, first it was a cover of tom petty then behind blue eyes originally the who covered by limp bizkit

It was all Noah, the creator of the show and Jeff Russo, the composer. And what a fantastic duo they made. I've listened each season's soundtrack an unhealthy amount of times

I know I'm replying to this like four years late, but it's all Jeff Russo, who's one of the most underrated composers of all time, in my opinion. He also did music composing and/or compiling for Altered Carbon, Umbrella Academy, For All Mankind, Star Trek: Discovery, and Fargo. Pretty much all of those shows have had compliments on their soundtracks. It's fair to say his music played a big part in the quality of the each of them

Dan's voice has such power. It gives me chills... Of course the scene is powerfull too, but man... That voice...

This is the show you MUST watch if you're a fan of any kind of trippy mental powers. I'm not saying it's perfect but it is amazing. It's the most experimental live action show ever on American television in my book.

This is some of the most incredible minutes of television ever filmed. Amazingly well done interpretation of how a mind battle would play out on the astral plane. Well done FX. Well done!

I'll never forget how I felt watching this the first time. Realizing it was a cover of Behind Blue Eyes made me scream out loud in excitement and the subsequent battle was just as good.

God this series was so bloody good. I miss it dreadfully. Looking back on it now you can see how it many respects It paved the way for modern Marvel TV shows. I wish they would reconnect with David again.

Compare this with Wanda vs Professor Xavier in multiverse of madness and you instantly hate that movie.

When they introduced a Doctor Strange and Scarlet Witch movie, with Nightmare as a possible villain, I was excited about something artistically brilliant like Legion. I knew it wouldn't be as experimental as Legion but I did think it could have potential showcasing the dream dimension and the nightmare realm, and exploring the psychic powers of Scarlet Witch while having Doctor Strange serve as the anchor, while still containing plenty of magic. What a disappointment MOM ended up being.

I just got this, nicely done.

Entire series were a visual and audio masterpiece , such a fun treat, creative, inspiring, exhilarating journey . The set design belongs in a museum. And Russo - man - wow - pure genius And how did stupid rolling stone dare say David character was miscast - Dan Stevens played a brilliant madman , perfect hero and the creepiest psychopath - flowing effortlessly.

Best comic adaptation? Best show ever? Best masterpiece? No one knows what its like…

I won't lie I always come back to this scene when I think of Legion or talk about it to friends I'm like just watch this you'll be hooked!

Love all these characthers, except Sidney but even her is played gloriously. All of them are great actors, both Kerry and Farouq are of my favorites.

1:53 2:20 Farouk appears singing along with David behind him, for me, it shows that a part of David is still the King of Shadows.

The show started to lose the thread a bit as it went on, but I will always love a nutso experimental creative mess like this, we don't get nearly enough of it on TV. Hannibal is another one I can't believe lasted 3 seasons, on network TV no less.

This whole tv series is pure genius, but this scene is cinematographic history.

Honestly still to this day my favorite piece of media adapted from comics. Just such a trip through all 3 seasons.

When I saw this for the first time last week as the two characters were singing towards each other, I just couldn't believe what I was seeing. One of the most brilliant scenes I've ever seen.

When i started watching this series, i thought it will get better and when I reached here, i am like ,"Why does no one knows about this?"

Such a fantastic show and amazing actors/actresses. I just finished watching the second season. They always have great music and I also love that little outro beat tune that they use.

I always liked that the final weapon used to kill the Shadow King was a rock. Like before David is stopped, of all the power these two can conjure and utilize like a god, it almost ends with the most barbaric ways possible, with one killing the other with a rock. Goddamn I love this show. Been binging scenes on KZread while at work. Even listening to some of the songs too

A bit of dancing and singing is a cherry at the top of this masterpiece. I love this series so much. I love how they managed to integrate singing and dancing into the story so it is both entertaining and logical

Goose fucking bumps mate! I was baffled how they were going to pull off the showdown and they exceeded expectations!!
