He's good looking, but vulnerable (though not really), he's a lawyer (even if a broke one) and he's got a whole lot of confidence except when it comes to fighting ex-girlfriends or people he'd be tempted to kill.

Jessica Jones was referenced multiple times in the daredevil series...They put obvious teasers for future shows in the episodes. For example Irom fist got cancelled, but there was an ep from Luke cage teasing the heroes for hire, even with the defenders.

4:22 anyone else notice that Daredevil is the MVP here. Even Danny questions how he could be Daredevil and later says he's read about him and praises his efforts. Luke and Jessica have heard of him too. The Hand definitely fears him the second he arrives (yeah I know that's because he could compromise Electra, but still.) whenever Matt shows up, things get serious, he takes on the most opponents at once, took on Two Fingers of the Hand at the same time, and held up against Electra when so many before him failed in a short amount of time (assuming she wasn't holding back at first.) It's like the Avengers are global heroes who solve big time threats while Daredevil turned things around for New York.

I didn't know "annoyed siblings" was gonna be the thing that carried me through watching the Defenders, but it was. Their dynamic was the best lmao

If they introduce(i really hope they do) Daredevil in MCU, they should definitely cast Charlie Cox again. Replacing him would be a mistake. And i hope Marvel gives him a big role.

I love how every lawyer in tv comes into an interigation the same way. "You, shut up. You, gtfo"

It's not shown in these clips, but every time she dissed him, saying things like "you're so weird" and "I preferred you in the scarf" (after she saw him in the Daredevil costume), I thought it was hilarious. Especially when he responded by giving her s sheepish look while speechless 😂. He gave the impression that he was being knocked down a peg or 2. That's good acting!

@@KevinLopez-fm9kz seriously, Jessica jones has superhuman strength, Luke cage has an unbreakable skin, daredevil has a suit that is durable af, has black widow level skill, is almost as agile as black panther (not close but still) he has enhanced senses that basically make him dodge bullets, iron fist is also extremely skilled, has a first basically made of iron

He’s a really good lawyer.

Matt & Jess would make the perfect team up in the future. These 2 had me in stitches from laughing at their convos with each other

Even though LC and JJ together is cannon in comics, I really liked the interaction between DD and JJ in defenders.. They seem good together..

I still have absolutely no idea how Matt missed Jessica taking pictures of him.

Someone else said it in another thread and I agree, she ducked into an alley way, used her jump ability to go up and then came back down the other side of the alley to get behind Matt, once he noticed her footsteps again, he tries to run away, seemingly down the same alley. Listen to her steps before he gets confused and the sound of his steps when he walks into the alley, the stairs have a distinct pattern to the sound.
