I got this mod on my Xbox and I gotta say, it works REALLY well. Best of all, the game doesn't crash more with it installed. Just the normal amount of crashes. The voice acting is good and the music is AMAZING. I don't know I managed to play without this, because this mod makes the game ten times better. Thanks for making the mod and, if I had money to spare, I'd donate on Nexus for sure

This looks great. I wish I knew about that curators companion thing before installing LOTD though. I played for a while, I'm around level 27 and I JUST got my tour of the Gallery. The mod seems huge, but pretty cool, gotta figure out all the cool stuff available next time I play. I should've probably started it ASAP lol.

Still haven't finished LotD yet, playing through it now & loving it! Will I have to make a new save file once Odyssey is released? Or will I be able to continue with my current save?

modding 101: it's always best to start a new game, but yes you will need to start fresh but Odyssey will have an Alternate Life addon so you can start it immediately with a level 50-sih character

So, I know we won't be getting Oddysey on Xbox for reasons of size, but would it be too much trouble to have these textures released as a standalone mod I could load alongside LOTD? Just started playing the mod last week, it's absolutely incredible and I love the idea of the Dev Aveza. It's just that every time I step on it, I'm immediately hit with how obviously stretched the textures are. Genuine question, why'd you decide to use (assuming I've identified it correctly) parts of the walls from the Hall of Stories for the hatches and railings?

The airship actually originally comes from another mod by Deapri which in turn was originally based on Moonpaths to Elsweyr by Muppet Puppet. The design choices up until this new version I'm building were Deapri's choices. All the textures will be updated for this version (though I still need to update the balloon and the skeleton texture quality). BUT the good news for you is that this update is coming out in Legacy V6 which is coming out in the next couple months and then will be adapted for Xbox by Rhaela.

@@icecreamassassin3006 Oh, awesome! It's actually been a bit of a challenge to fit everything in, but I'd honestly say LOTD has been worth it so far. By the way, quick question. Why does the Warlock's Ring repeat itself as regards spell absorption in the item description? Does it do it twice or did it simply fly under the radar, so to speak? I picked it up hoping it'd work the same as the CC version (and yes, I'm patched!) and while I do miss the cool Ward effect and the Health Regen boost, I will admit that Spell Absorption is on the whole more useful than a Ward that only activates when you're blocking.

@icecreamassassin Doesnt The Curators Companian mod work for the safehouse aswell? or is that a different patch or mod all together?

@@tameralamine4238 comments of a youtube video are not really the place to get support. Come ask the channel in discord or on the mod page and I'm sure someone will have it. I don't use the safehouse addon so I don't know it off hand.

How about some sturdy decking as I seem to plummet to my death when berthing in Solitude? Other than that Ice your a true genius & it's a pleasure to play through Legacy.

That's due to the airship approach function (which malfunctions on heavier load outs). I'm either going to update it to use the vehicle system or just strip it out entirely in v6

@@icecreamassassin3006 Thanks for the reply Ice It's no biggie really If you save often. I've surpassed my count from V3 which I still have screenshots from. I love the way the whole system draws you in & enables a far superior (IMHO) gameplay. Keep it in the game.. it's a work of art!.

so i just found out about this mod, i know the trailer came out early last year. Is there a release date yet?

Legacy has been out for almost 8 years which is what this update is for, but if you mean odyssey, no. We continue to make progress and I'm hopeful we'll start voice implementation by summer.

It looks really cool indeed. But Dev Aveza still looks too empty and static. I might be wrong but the standalone version had a bit more animated element like the wings or the sails. Also some clutter or even a slight swinging motion would add her a bit of a character. But that's just my taste) great work looking forward to the new updates)

The original interior is over crowded and nonsensical imo. I haven't done any changes to the interior on this go around yet and may still but not a massive overhaul. The original ship didn't have animated elements, that was from another 3rd party addon that provides that.

I hadn't really considered adding anything on deck, maybe some crates here and there tied down might be neat but animated sails would be out of the question as I'm not savvy with making integrated animated objects

@@icecreamassassin3006 thank for an answer) the interior of the ship looks great the way it is, I was talking about giving an exterior a bit of an "in use" look. But anyway, i really don't want to sound unappreciative) the vessel still looks amazing)

Let me ask a question that i pretty much know the answer already, will it be avaliable for xbox?

nope, much too big. If you installed ONLY legacy and odyssey you'd get MAYBE to act 3 before running out of space on the Xbone

Is it planned to upload legacy of the Dragonborn again so people can use the download with mod manager option? I’d like to add lotd & the new mod into my collection!
