I don't quite understand the terminology "chicanismo" or "latinx" someone please help me understand...I was raised with the generation of "La Chicanada" ✊🏽🇲🇽

I don't know what's so happy about it. In school they call us Chicanx and Hispanix and the women they call them womxn. We're not allowed to call ourselves indian, we have to say native american.
