I've just come from your last video with the physique update, you're looking amazing Wesley, you've made good progress from last year. Get that posing down for the waist and get the conditioning in. I know it's not typically your thing, but a collab with you and John Meadows would be great content and benefit both of your channels. Wishing you all of the best from the UK!

As yogi bear used to say - you are "smarter than the average bear". I put yourself and Dorian Yates into my thinking mans bodybuilder league. Love the belt squat - after squatting for years my low back has welcomed this - now can go heavy until I hit the retirement home lol. I decided to alternate your full range workouts with an occasional Branch Warren range workout. Find I still get a different type of stimulation from the super heavy weights that short range of motion provide. Love your work.

Hi Wisley I have a suggestion for you to try out concerning the lying leg-curl it involves moving the roller pads down towards your feet by doing this simple adjustment it will increase the range of motion which in turn will give you a better stretch there is also a bonus to performing it in this manner by increasing the weighted arm you also increase the weight that is put on the hamstrings so taking these two factors into consideration will give you better hamstring development give the suggestion a try on your next scheduled leg workout stay safe and healthy

Ok if I wanna build massive biceps, and I follow your reasoning/logic about hamstring curl followed by stiff legged deadlift, it means that I should do say a barbell bicep curl first and then follow that up with underhand grip pull-ups. All the way up, and all the way down for that full stretch in order to fill those biceps with BLURDDDDDD?

Your legs didn't really grow and they will never grow enough to be good enough to do real damage at the Olympia. Your waist is to wide for classic to be at the top right now . If your training for over 10 years and doing everything you can, your legs aren't suddenly gonna grow as they should. Look at Brandon curry it's never gonna happen after all these years. Don't get me wrong i love your physique and i am from the Netherlands also , and wish you all the best. But your structure isn't as good as the top guys and your legs lack so much and you don't have enough room to grow in your Weight cap. As Dennis James says why the hell do you think all of a sudden your legs are gonna grow up to par after all these years of training. It is Just not gonna happen and you Just have to accept that. They Will always be a huge weakpoint. Even while training you can see your legs are way to small for your upper body. And it's a damn shame but there is nothing you can do about it.

Totally agree. I definitely see improvement in his back, which was also necessary. But I don't really see anything noticeable has changed in the quads......and that was the highest priority for Wesley. Even if he finally manages to come in ripped.....he lacks the mass / fullness for the legs to be in proportion to the upper body. The wide waist is something that simply can not be changed while he is competing against guys with wasp waists. Not bashing at all, I also really like Wesley's physique A LOT. But first of all he really needs to NAIL his conditioning 1000% to even make a chance at some serious comparisons. A bit off and he is out. If he manages to do that, it will be very interesting to see how much the judges appreciate his physique in top condition. If they see him as Classic. If a perfectly peaked Wesley doesn't make top 5 ( 6 ) ....it just proves he doesn't bring what they want and the way this division is developing and pouring full with more and more great talent.....I'm afraid he never will succeed. But who knows ! We have to stay positive. Until now Wesley hasn't manages to bring the level of conditioning required to score top 5 at the MR O but maybe this time he will. I really hope so and wish him all the luck in the world !

Dude with this type of mentality you will always be a loser in life . He may have weak legs yes but he can reach his best self maybe that is top 8 in the Olympia maybe top 3 only time will tell. He tries his best and he is improving that's what truly matters you on the other hand I believe you should see a psychologist to help you with that mentality.

He has to train legs at least 3 times per week, his legs are not responding at 1 or 2 sessions/week. If I were him, I focused only at the legs for a period of time!
