On my Leg Day this drops. PERFECT!!!
Keep going, mate! Just love seeing your progress through the years.
Brother… I’ve never in all my time lifting have ever felt this destroyed after one of my leg sessions…. I’ve been watching your channel for years and this is my favorite!! By FAR.
going off to the gym now to try this one out, big inspiration💪🏻!!
Another Awesome video, will be adding this workout to my leg cycle training, thanks my friend only the Best from Vintage Genetics, the best way to train and get Results.
Thank you for showing full range of movement in these exercises. Keep up the good work!
I stopped working out ad much as I did before covid . I've lost a lot of motivation with the way I look but today I decided to watch you and thank God I've never listed to your commentary as I did today every word you say it's absolutely gold 💛 I used to watch more than listen but today I realized deeply how much much important is to pay attention to every word you say. Thank you for sharing such an amazing knowledge you're truly a hero of bodybuilding 🙏
Looking great Wesley keep up the good work and good luck in your competition 💪💪💪💪
I've just come from your last video with the physique update, you're looking amazing Wesley, you've made good progress from last year. Get that posing down for the waist and get the conditioning in. I know it's not typically your thing, but a collab with you and John Meadows would be great content and benefit both of your channels. Wishing you all of the best from the UK!
Been following John Meadows for a long time too, hope to see you two collab one day.

Wesley my favorite body builder of all times, always with that sick intro of we’re it’s all about bodybuilding.
Perfect timing before my leg workout today💪
As Always! Epic Legday!💪🏼
Amazing explanation as always 💪💪
Thanks for your videos! It been gamechanger for me to learn to you training videos! 👍💪💓 God bless you! 🙏💓
Best timing 💯🔥
Keep going brother much love from Morocco
thank you , hope see u on the olympia stage with the award
I've implemented 2 leg days a week where I separate hamstring/quad focused training and I've seen amazing results.
Will try this tomorrow
Video quality is excellent Wes. I'll assume you bought a new camera or stabilizer. Legs looks insane champ!!!
He always says the word “blood” like Dracula
It would be cool to see you and John do a leg workout video together! John kills legs man!!
Now that is a leg workout!!!
As yogi bear used to say - you are "smarter than the average bear". I put yourself and Dorian Yates into my thinking mans bodybuilder league. Love the belt squat - after squatting for years my low back has welcomed this - now can go heavy until I hit the retirement home lol. I decided to alternate your full range workouts with an occasional Branch Warren range workout. Find I still get a different type of stimulation from the super heavy weights that short range of motion provide. Love your work.
Nice hardest worker in the room..love from india
Bestia! 💪🏼💪🏼👹
whoever made that thumbnail, good job. that's sick
I wish you would talk about your various cycles and PED use
He has bigger glutes than I do lol I watch John meadows too and I started with leg curls too since I seen his advice haha His voice makes me melt and I’m addicted now

Wesley when you finish up your dialogue…don’t forget to stay golden, pose the body part you work out. And this time was your legs “Suggestion”
Got the O-H-I-O state socks on! That’s my guy! O-H!!!!!
Is the Goblet squat a good alternative for the ATX Belt squat ? I don’t have that machine in my gym sadly.
Vissel vintage is my favourite vegan natural bodybuilder
Hack squats moreso and still barbel squats pinch bother my mid back even though my form has been flawless. idk if I just need a massage or because of my proportions at about 6ft.
The hamstring machine makes such a satisfying sound
Hi Wisley I have a suggestion for you to try out concerning the lying leg-curl it involves moving the roller pads down towards your feet by doing this simple adjustment it will increase the range of motion which in turn will give you a better stretch there is also a bonus to performing it in this manner by increasing the weighted arm you also increase the weight that is put on the hamstrings so taking these two factors into consideration will give you better hamstring development give the suggestion a try on your next scheduled leg workout stay safe and healthy

bro your post workout meal looks delicious can you share recipe of ur post workout meal?
That very great
Wesley, when the stretch is so important, why don't you implement more seated leg curls?
Ok if I wanna build massive biceps, and I follow your reasoning/logic about hamstring curl followed by stiff legged deadlift, it means that I should do say a barbell bicep curl first and then follow that up with underhand grip pull-ups. All the way up, and all the way down for that full stretch in order to fill those biceps with BLURDDDDDD?
hi Wesley! when will we see you on stage? which races do you participate in?

Hee Wesley welk merk Hack Squat gebruik je in de video?
Your intro sounds like @Cbum Intro
Which is better? Lying or standing?
I know you're classic but I see you getting up to the Mr. O
Hack squat brand or provider ?
Damn those lower back cramps while trying to train legs on ped's were so bad I wanted to cry on the floor lmao
Yes, your legs are noticeable changed. That is why I switched my squats to belt squat
hi everyone, wesley says his hamstring stretch is not heavy :)
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
You might be vain but still very manly. I thought you might be an irritating person to put it politely. But no, I warm to your demeanour and enjoy how you explain your processes. First video of yours I saw 2016 had an initial sense you were Brazilian or South American perhaps but Dutch it would seem. You've come a long way! 💪Subscribed.

I am a big fan of Wesley's and appreciate him posting these workouts with great knowledge and information but one thing I've never caught is his split. If anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated. Is he training each muscle group once a week? Or is he on a push, pull, legs? Any real info would be valued.

well as they lean out and eat less carbs, no pre-workout often that's tough. Although they're on roids it's still a caloric and carbs deficit for weeks.

Like your channel for years and met you at body power ,but using a bot to advertise coaching and then not even replying when say it’s to expensive is just rude , there top 10 open bodybuilders coaching for lot less money.
It's not exceptional heavy, it's just over 350 lbs for stiff legged deadlifts. LOL! That's heavy!

I haven’t seen any improvement in your legs since last year.looks like you’re working out the legs once in a month
@Yesthatisme14

IMO i think it improved a lot. Its just that his upper body is so developed thats why we think his legs are still not that big enough. But once his lower body catched up, it will make his waist looks smaller.

Also in only one year you probably wont see much change even on gear at his level
Your legs didn't really grow and they will never grow enough to be good enough to do real damage at the Olympia. Your waist is to wide for classic to be at the top right now . If your training for over 10 years and doing everything you can, your legs aren't suddenly gonna grow as they should. Look at Brandon curry it's never gonna happen after all these years. Don't get me wrong i love your physique and i am from the Netherlands also , and wish you all the best. But your structure isn't as good as the top guys and your legs lack so much and you don't have enough room to grow in your Weight cap. As Dennis James says why the hell do you think all of a sudden your legs are gonna grow up to par after all these years of training. It is Just not gonna happen and you Just have to accept that. They Will always be a huge weakpoint. Even while training you can see your legs are way to small for your upper body. And it's a damn shame but there is nothing you can do about it.

Totally agree. I definitely see improvement in his back, which was also necessary. But I don't really see anything noticeable has changed in the quads......and that was the highest priority for Wesley. Even if he finally manages to come in ripped.....he lacks the mass / fullness for the legs to be in proportion to the upper body. The wide waist is something that simply can not be changed while he is competing against guys with wasp waists. Not bashing at all, I also really like Wesley's physique A LOT. But first of all he really needs to NAIL his conditioning 1000% to even make a chance at some serious comparisons. A bit off and he is out. If he manages to do that, it will be very interesting to see how much the judges appreciate his physique in top condition. If they see him as Classic. If a perfectly peaked Wesley doesn't make top 5 ( 6 ) ....it just proves he doesn't bring what they want and the way this division is developing and pouring full with more and more great talent.....I'm afraid he never will succeed. But who knows ! We have to stay positive. Until now Wesley hasn't manages to bring the level of conditioning required to score top 5 at the MR O but maybe this time he will. I really hope so and wish him all the luck in the world !

Dude with this type of mentality you will always be a loser in life . He may have weak legs yes but he can reach his best self maybe that is top 8 in the Olympia maybe top 3 only time will tell. He tries his best and he is improving that's what truly matters you on the other hand I believe you should see a psychologist to help you with that mentality.

He has to train legs at least 3 times per week, his legs are not responding at 1 or 2 sessions/week. If I were him, I focused only at the legs for a period of time!
