This makes perfect sense to me. I too would be more comfortable shooting with a right handed bow.

Isn't there something about being left or right eye dominant and that is more important than being left or right handed. Heard that somewhere. Luckily I'm left eyed and left handed.

I’m RH and shoot a LH bow. I also shoot my shotgun and rifle left handed 🤷♂️

I’m right handed but shoot rifle left handed . My son is left handed but shoots a rifle right handed. I believe it’s true for a bow also.

I shoot with a left handed bow with my right hand I’m way more accurate it just feels natural to me I own a right handed empire by bear and a diamond edge sb1 and I’m shoot way tighter groups with the sb1. The sb1 is the left handed bow

I also shoot a right handed bow, left handed. That's because I split my left humerus bone vertically. As a result I can't push with my left arm. But I can pull. The right handed bow because I want the arrow on the inside. I also can't use sights at all, I use the arrow to aim and can hit anything I want with no problems. People get freaked out when I shoot a bow. It's nice to hear I'm not the only one. Thanks for sharing.

I am left headed and I’ve shot right handed bows my life. I’m a little worried now about ordering this left handed Mathew’s and I not be comfortable

There is really nothing unorthodox about this, just a small hand of people do this. The reasons vary from circumstance to circumstance. I shot left handed with right handed bows for years. That is until I start shooting hoyt bows which makes it difficult to shoot because of the rear down piece on hoyt bows. Other than that most bows can be shot with any dexterity.

May I ask something because I'm left-handed and left eye dominant but I bought a right handed compound bow. What I'm asking is where to put the sight, on the left or the right of the bow?

I’m right handed and didn’t realize my bow was left handed until I was 15, I can shoot my m4 right handed to expert but can’t touch a right handed bow
