1998 Godzilla, Puff Daddy's song Come With Me, and Jimmy Page played the part that he wanted to sample.
This song is in different times, but it’s a genus creation, & the song the band is most proud of. Plant wrote the lyrics about his & Page driving through the Sahara Desert, they were on their way to a music festival, in or near Morocco .The desert road seemed endless, & everything looked the same. Though reaching Morocco, Plant fell in love with the place & the people. They & the people couldn’t understand each other’s language, but the music was quite clear & brought them together. Plant 50 years later, still visits Morocco often. Led Zeppelin has an amazing rabbit hole of music, I hope you decide to check more of it out, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for your reaction, more Zeppelin & I’ll be back.

Morocco is on the African continent, it is not in India.
"They are definitely different" I think think the word you are looking for is.... They are... The Greatest ! Many people took stole borrowed this beat over many decades ✌️🙂
Now that you've listened to their studio version, which I think is musical perfection, you really must watch their live performance of Kashmir from Celebration Day, filmed decades later. Jason Bonham plays drums for his late father, and Robert still sounds pretty darn good. I've heard there were 20 million ticket requests (and the venue was for 20,000) for that one reunion. I think most people believe Kashmir was their Magnum Opus. Great reaction, Greg !
It was great "make out" music back in the day. ❤ Makes me smile to remember. Thanks! Zeppelin is the best.
They always take you for a ride and drop you off with a big smile!
When I listen to this song the air smells funny.
Thanks for your reaction to the best band ever. If you like this song, you should check out Led Zeppelin’s first album ❤❤❤
Please try this live at celebration day…they had a one time reunion concert and since their drummer died years ago his son stepped in for him and did him proud. They are in their 60’s for the concert. They still got it. 20,000 tickets available and 20,000,000 requests for tickets…they had to have a lottery. I didn’t win a ticket sadly. 🇨🇦🖖🏻
“In My Time of Dying” by Led Zeppelin please!
checkin in ...
The live version from Celebration Day is magnificent. They are older, John Bonham ‘s son Jason playing drums. ❤️🎼❤️
This song is not as famous or as popular as "Stairway to Heaven," but the combination of rock and South Asian music makes this my favorite rock song of all time. It's also the favorite song of the members of Led Zeppelin, themselves. While the live versions of this song, with Plant's improvisational additions to the lyrics, are really good, the studio version is so clean and so evocative I just lose myself inside the song.
Led is dark and evil, yet at the same time bright and angelic, and outlook positive. If you can dig that, you'll love the rest.
I had all of their albums back then...and really enjoyed them all. I do hope you'll react to Kashmir...one more time. But try: Kashmir - Live Celebration Day 2007. They're all near 60 yrs (±2 yrs) in that performance and they have Jason Bonham, son of drummer John Bonham (R.I.P.), on drums.
The strings and brass you hear is John Paul Jones on the Mellotron, an early analog synthesizer.
**LedZeppelinLoveForeverInfinity&Beyond** **Pure Genius** **Pure Talent** **Pure Magic** They put me in a **Trance** & yep you are correct **One Of A Kind** & ALL their songs are completely different from each other they are **OtherWorldly** to say the least heh
Funny thing. I am 66 yo and just recently found out the actual name of this song. Knew the song, can sing every word but did not know the name was Kashmir☺

THE GOATS…PERIOD! 😎🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Dazed and Confused is a good one to check out.
Robert Plant lead singer & harmonica* Jimmy Page band founder producer mixer & editor* John Paul Jones bass guitar keyboards & mandolin etc.* John (Bonzo) Bonham greatest drummer ever. Each of these 4 genuses are the GOATS of their crafts, together they were/are the GODS of music, & play a variety of genres. You can’t go wrong with any of their songs, a great studio song is You Shook Me, solos of keyboards harmonica & guitar. Here’s 2 of my favorite live performances, though there are many great ones. Live at Madison Square Garden (1973) Since I’ve Been Loving You, a blues rock song, you can see & feel their soulful passion. Live at Earls Court (1975) In My Time Of Dying, Page plays the hell out of a steel guitar, it will blow your mind. Anything live from MSG (1973) is absolutely fantastic, their concerts would last 3 to 4 hours nonstop.
