I'm in Joburg for business right now and it's lit. Spent the whole weekend in Soweto and went shopping in Sandton today. SA has everything it needs to be a global powerhouse but is being poorly governed; not because the current government can't govern well but because they choose not to.

Africa National and State Government need to modify their Tax System to collect enough revenue to Properly Operate the government, Adequately Pay the workers, figure out how to remove borders and unify 54 Nationalistic Countries. A Large Part of the African Population will always live in villages and Unincorporated Areas that will continue to strain the National and State Government. These are issues that American and Diaspora Blacks can not help them with.
